In relation to HF, and their position, a solution has been reached and the injection of AW, BSG, SF, etc. is against the accord struck between AW/HF-SF/SA. The neutrality with HF was, in essence, a cease fire dictated by our DOD. Overall, it seems opportunistic this sabre rattling from AW. If said AW was chased then it is regretable and such should be reported and not used to provide justification to increase tension. On many occasions in the recent past members of SA in many incarnations have provided assistance to AW as have AW to SA. However, it seems such is of little worth.
So, the South Alliance position is such;
1. The bout between 2 HF versus LNS-BRUIN provides fair resolution to HF hurt and has been agreeded to by HF Fleet Commander.
2. Helghast- take giant leap off short pier
3. BSG - the dictates of Admiral Adamson was in reference to traditional opponent's movements and statements
4. AW, your decisions are yours and War will only be declared by you. For a time we have had a fair accord hope it does not end.
Overall, the South Alliance looks for a fair resolution and has been in the process of achieving it. However, other's actions cannot be predicted and we will not neglect our duty to Liberty regardless of those who may rally against us.

One, I never agreed to the bout. That was our EXECUTIVE Commander, not I. Though his decisions are worth more than mine, I wished to clarify things there.
Two, I do not believe this bout would be a fair resolution. After all, my power generators were down (OOC: afk), and anyways, it would cause unneeded deaths of crew members.
Higher Command can, of course, contridict me, however, this bout seems unneeded and useless.

(ooc: is everyone aware that the HF-SA war was never officially declared over. Our neutrality was ordered by DOD and considered by us a ceasefire to reduce tension caused by larger war. In addition, the bout was agreed to by BFH and I was referencing his sig, which labels him Fleet Commander. Overall, a proper incident for increasing tension with HF was thought about for I felt neutrality was way out of RP. I do regret how this came about, but it was bound to happen. I wish to present the compiled evidence. You may quote me:
1. The South Allaince gunboat LNS Shilloh entered Vespucci, claiming to be "just looking", at about 1600 hours GST on the 17th of April.
2. The Legion Battleship HFB Silverstorm orders the LNS Shilloh to leave the system.
3. The Shilloh refuses to leave at first, so the Silverstorm attempts to fire a warning shot away from the Shilloh.
Warning shot backfires into main fusion power generator, power goes offline.
3. the LNS Shilloh leaves Vespucci, but sits outside the Jump Hole.
4. The South Alliance Battleship LNS Missouri, joined by the Shilloh, enters Vespucci and opens fire on the defenseless and disabled (OOC: afk) Silverstorm in it's own system.
5. The Missouri badly damages and nearly destroys the Silverstorm IN IT'S OWN SYSTEM, injuring several crew members. Somehow, the entire crew managed to survive the massive explosions. It is a good thing that we station escape pods in every hallway.

6. The Missouri and Shilloh raid Phoenix Shipyards, stealing valuble secret weapons plans and badly damaging one of the Shipyards.
7. All Legion ships, as well as a Asgard warriors fleet and multiple Helghast ships, move to the DEFENSE ONLY of Vespucci.
8. A Asgard Warriors Destroyer is attacked by a South Alliance ship. South Alliance assisted by a Sirius Federation ship.
And thus ends the extent of my knowlage regarding this incident.
So far, this looks to me like either a war or a double court marshalling and repayment of the Legion, as well as returning the weapons plans stolen.
Current costs:
Repair of the Silverstorm: 20 million credits.
Repair of Phoenix Shipyards: 30 million credits.
Time lost on projects: 10 million credits.
Healing of injured men and time lost from their lives: 5 million credits.
Weapons plans: Return of the plans.
Overall: 65 million credits, our Top Secret weapons plans, and a double court marshal.

Ok, this has become bothersome so "defecate or get off the pot". AW declare or give petition of hurt. Your behind the scenes intrigue is truly tiresome. HF putforth another petition if last agreement not good enough.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT: HF status still on Hostile while talks underway. If HF in LIB system ask them to leave. If they refuse, find and escort out of system. If they continue to refuse fire shot across their bow and restate demand. If they refuse this final order send them to VOID. Until talks are completed we must be alert. AW is making charges and moving assests to Magellan. However, as neutral they are viewed as any citizen and have free passage unless carrying contraband in LIB space. In addition, their charges mention scanning of ships outside our jurisdiction, but without solid evidence I side with our unit. However, it must be stated our scanning is only allowed within Lib space or under the direction of allies in their space. We have no authority outside such parameters.
