The LAS Freedom is going to be out of commission for a while, it is currently having its armor, weapons, navigation--in short its entire design--redone. This new design, going by the plans at the shipyard, will be able to have the Guardian System fully integrated into the ship.I am not certain as to how long it will be before the LAS Freedom becomes operational again with its upgrades, but until then I will continue to send in reports from my quarters at Norfolk. I am certain, however, that once the work is complete it will be of better service to the house of Liberty.
To start off this log, a Zoner "Juggernaught" Battleship was encountered at Fort Bush. Several times he was ordered to leave the system. Each time he refused to leave, with me being on my own in a bomber i called out an alert. This was answered by the LNS Washington, Hobgl, and big-shark. With their aid the battleship was destroyed. I trust that if the Bounty Hunters ever get this ship repaired, that they will think twice before bringing it--once more--into Liberty, unauthorized.
The next significant event occurred while I had the Guardian running a patrol route within New York. A Mercenary by the name of Zane Frazier was encountered attacking allied ships. Needless to say, the mercenary's ship was destroyed. This ship has been designated as Hostile by the Guardian and will be engaged at each encounter.
One evening a hostile was spotted briefly on short-range scanners, after receiving a system-wide comms transmission the ship's callsign, "raider48", and voice was scanned through Liberty databases. The ship turned out to be a Corsair-piloted Kusari Explorer, the pilot however is still unknown. After checking every trade lane from Pittsburgh and Colorado to Ithaca and California, and finding no trace of the Corsair, ships were placed at each main base within New York. After only minutes had passed he showed up at my location, stationed at Fort Bush, where allied ships quickly converged on to eliminate the target.
The next day, a smuggler under the callsign Gamaxx was spotted attempting to bring 1000 Artifacts into Manhattan. The pilot was ordered three times to cut his engines to dispose of the cargo. These orders, however, were ignored. The transport was destroyed and the pilot taken into the custody of the LPI. Unfortunately, by some stroke of luck he managed to escape and made yet another attempt at bringing Artifacts in. Strangely, there was an Outcast Destroyer not far behind and was assumed to be escorting the smuggler. It turns out the Outcast was attempting to destroy the smuggler due to their hostilities to the Corsairs the Artifacts came from. Gamaxx's transport was once again, destroyed before reaching its destination. In addition to Gamaxx, an Armored Transport attempted to leave Manhattan with 525 units of Counterfeit Software and was immediately dealt with.
Soon after, another Outcast Destroyer appeared on Long-Range Scanners. Both "Immortalis" and "Punks Final Revenge" were engaged and destroyed by Darkmoor and myself, with the assistance of nearby bounty hunter and mercenary pilots.
I request these fines be placed as listed (Unless they have been paid since this log was made)
