Officers of Her Majesty's Armed Forces.
It is my pleasure to tell you it is that time again. Yes, another round of promotions! Today, we shall work from the lower ranks up.
To Lieutenants A. Winters and J. Atwood,
To Commander H. Pearson,
To Captain A Graham,
To Commodore C. Brooks,
I would like to congratulate all our officers who have undergone promotions today. They have made their house proud, and today we recognise that. If you all keep up the good work, you too will be rewarded such as this.
On behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, and Her people in the Realm of Bretonia,
To Lieutenants A. Winters and J. Atwood,
Your work in the field is exemplary, and it has not gone unnoticed. We are going to be keeping a closer eye on you over the next couple of weeks. Consider this a stepping stone to becoming a senior officer. Keep up the good work, both of you. You will both, henceforth, hold the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
To Commander H. Pearson,
It's good to have you back. This one has been waiting since before you entered the sick bay. I'm glad to see you on your feet, and feel that some real work will get you fighting fit again. As such, I award you the long overdue rank of Captain. Do us proud, and ensure I don't regret it.
To Captain A Graham,
You have long served us in the Armed Forces, and this has not gone unnoticed. All day, I have had members of the board suggesting your name. You have made quite an impression on the board, and I share their views. You will be an invaluable addition, and I look forward to your views at our next board meet. Congratulations, Commodore Graham, the 6th Counter Fleet awaits your command. Your office is ready aboard the Battleship Essex.
To Commodore C. Brooks,
Commodore. You have been in the Board for a short while now, and your work heading the Merchant Navy, plus your paper work skills, are second to none. I need more like you. As such, I have seen fit to advance you to the rank of Admiral, effective immediately. You have done Bretonia, and Her Majesty, proud. I must ask you to do it once more. Congratulations, Admiral Brooks.
