Ensign Tim Garland reporting on today's events, experience during patrols.

I.
After joining the ranks of the BAF I got contacted by Ens. Daniel Dashwood, who helped me fix my reputation, then assisted me with buying a brand new Templar. What an amazing piece of technology. Ensign Dashwood gave me useful tips on weapon configuration and equipment mounting.
Shortly after he volunteered to train me combat maneuvers, very useful in dogfights. He showed great amount of patience and helpfulness, and I am very thankful to him.

II.
Later on, I visited Dublin, and was joined by a Bounty Hunter called Samantha Larsen, pilot of the Tweedledum. We agreed on patrolling the South-Western area of the BMM zone and neutralize any incoming Molly patrols. We approached the sun, when a Molly gunboat attacked us and got separated. While separated, Samantha followed a Molly fighter, wanting to collect a bounty for him. Weird enough, the Molly went straight for docking on Battleship Hood, and hide. There is also proof footage about what happened!
I received this footage from Samantha today:

Good day, Ensign.
I think that I still don't know your name, but the one on your communicator mark said "Tim Garland", so I'll call you Tim or mister Garland or Ensign Garland. Right.

As you asked, I'm adding the records of the encounter in chronological order.

Images: #1; #2; #3.
Log: #1; #2.

Here it is. Do I deserve a cup of tea in a good company for helping the Kingdom, Tim, mister Garland, Ensign Garland?
[color=#FF6666]CLOSING CHANNEL

I'm not sure what IMG is up to, but didn't they declare that they are against docking Mollys on Hood?

III.
After destroying a patrol of Molly fighters I was heading to Battleship Essex to apprehend the prisoners. On the way I was intercepted by a Molly VHF, loaded with BAF pilots taken as prisoners. After scanning the weaponry of the fighter I realized there was no point in engaging him, the odds were in his favour. Rather than loosing my fighter and falling prisoner and loosing the Molly prisoners alltogether, I tried to make a deal with him to exchange the Molly prisoners for the BAF ones. Initially he refused, he even attacked me, almost tore off my wings, but I was quick enough to retreat to a safe distance. He engaged because he didn't trust me that I'll give him the Molly prisoners. But I approached him again, and finally he released the BAF pilots in exchange for the Mollys. And then we were on our ways.

Call me a coward, but I wouldn't risk the safety of those fellow BAF pilots. I say it's better to lose 14 Molly prisoner scum, than losing 12 of your fellow collegues to the enemy.

IV.
And lastly, while patrolling in leads I located a KNF VHF and engaged him. It was long fight, but it was interrupted by a Molly gunboat and I had to leave.

Afterwards I set out escorting cargo freighters within Bretonia Space.

That is all,
Ensign Tim Garland out.

Members of the Bretonian Armed Forces,
I bring you further troubling evidence of disrespecting Dublin No-Fly Zones and protocols.
[attachmentid=571]
This time it was a representative of BMM who violated the Battleship Essex no-fly zone.
By what I seen, I wonder if the respective miner employee was even having a clue about the no-fly zone, seeing that he just docked into Essex like any other station. After he docked I tried contacting him on private comms but I did not get any answer, but just as I was about to leave he undocked, and when he seen me turning towards him , he docked back again.
Anyway, I wouldn't have opened fire against a BMM worker, but I repeteadly informed him about the protocol he was breaking. I by no means have threatened him, not once.
Meanwhile I was watching out for Molly pilot "Blodwyn.O'Driscoll" for not entering the BAF zone, him being in the IMG zone fighting some Bounty Hunters.

I can't understand why people won't listen to you when you are polite and patient with them.. Does fighting always be necessary in order to convince people to obey some simple rules?

That's all I wanted to say, for now.
Ensign Tim Garland out

PS: Had a training session in Salisbury with Ensign M. Harding, I hope that my combat skills will improve soon. Practice makes perfect!

Good day,
I would like to say a word about the today's actions of the mollies in Dublin. I dont mean the battle we had with them, my concerns are about the battleship Hood. The mollies are still using it as a primary strike base against us. They are docking on it multiple times without hesitation and even using it against us. The IMG had told them not to dock on Hood ever again and yet they are doing it. Today I got a report, from a bounty hunter, with many evidences of their doings and I think it is time, something to be done.

Here I am resending the transmission, so you can connect to the channel and observer these camera shots:

Greetings, members of the BAF,

Today I had my very first true dogfight with an enemy pilot.
While patrolling in London I encountered a Molly unit at Dublin jumpgate.
Identified pilot Bloodwyn on my scanners who was fighting a bounty hunter at the moment. I immediately engaged the enemy unit, but I noticed that he was alread docking into the jumpgate towards London. I tried disabling the tradelane, but it didn't stop him. I pursued him, when he took a 90° turn towards left, I thought he was heading to Trafalgar, but instead he went to open space. Chased him for 15 minutes, I wouldn't want to give up.
The Molly realized he had no other place to run, he turned around and we engaged in a dogfight. He was pounding me with mines (I lost all nanobots and shields in the first half), and he was much more agile than me, but I started using evasive strafes and I was lucky he ran out of mines. He had quite a lot of nanos and shield chargers, but he ran out of them eventually. Slowly but surely I was crippling his hull. When he realized he was a goner, he tried cruising away a few times, but he couldn't run from my Cruise Distruptors. Few more shots, and the fight was over.
Took about 30 minutes, at one point he had the advantage, but I didn't give up. I was constantly reminding myself the lessons and advices of Ens.Dashwood and Ens.Harding from the trainings at Salisbury. They really did pay off.

That's all there is to report right now.

[color=#FFFFFF]Good evening,

My first day in BAF colors started with a duel simulation that I lost, obviously. However, captain Mandrake encouraged me by telling I'm better than expected from a civilian. After the end of the training session, I went alone on a small patrol route in Dublin. Nothing happened while I was there so I reurned to New London and docked. Spent the whole afternoon at the shooting range and improved my score with my side-arm.

Report Begin

Fleet Admiral Ralston, Admirals.
I won't be making long talks. I will go directly to the point. On my patrol through Dublin, I came across a Molly. Well, since Mollys are drunktards and have betrayed us, I engaged him after a brief talk to show them who's master there. It took... well... 10 minutes till I emptied him without me losing a Nanobot or a Shield Battery. And guess what. The dear little Molly ran to the Hood, and docked. Without IMG protesting about it. Erm... just a note. I engaged far far away from the Hood.

The IMG is playing a role of the enemy. My part of the job is done, rest is up to you.

Commodore Clay out.

Commodore Clay

Thank you for this report.

Obviously the IMG are having difficulty balancing their need for neutrality with the stunningly obvious need to not harbour terrorists.

I think the best thing that we can do is ensure that no Molly survives long enough to dock on the Hood.

Dead men cannot dock.

Really, that sould solve all our problems.

But I will speak to the IMG. I can be persuasive.

Thank you Commodore.

Fleet Admiral James Ralston.

Good evening sirs,

Today we had received a transmission from our merchant navy, the Convoy, about possible Order captail ships in Newcastle, moving directly at sector G3. I know you are fully aware of what is there, so I have ordered some extra protection to this sector. Sovereign and Endeavour were sent to secure the perimeter, and later, the Convoy which were nearby, had been given permission to come closer to the sector in order to mentain security.
The order pilot, a scout, arrived and shortly, an Osiris-class battleship next to him. I have given orders to my men to halt fire and started to investigate the situation. It seems that the only reason the order captain Marshal, arrived with that capital ship, was to deliver a message to you, admiral Ralston. Due to the transmission jaming fields around Grimsby I have menaged to decode and clear my transmission. Here is part of it:

After they had delivered this message, the order captain retreated. Our forces were not involved in any battle. I know I have been given orders to shoot on sight anyone that violates this sector perimeter, but couldnt risk to let this evolve in to something hostile to us. As you can see from my transmission their intentions were not hostile. For that i was sure.
I am leaving this to the hight command, for proper conclusion to this...message. The 63th| will definelty contact me soon for that answer.

Next I would like to report about a minor problem, again in this sector. The police officer, an inspector from the Authority, named Hone, had arrived without any permission or request, to the mentioned sector. He had docked even when I denied his request. You can see from my camera shots, that his attitude is on low level. I think he had no idea who was behind the Sovereign's bridge. This is second time a BPA pilot is using coarse language against BAF officer. He even pointed us, being posssed by nomads...nonsense
