Black Watch Patrol Report
Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen
This evening's events has been most eventful.
After recieving a message from BPA Officer Steve Judge i arrived in New London to discover Liberty Navy Admiral Alan Jones engaged in combat with a Royal Navy bomber Pilot ( X. Sisco) just outside of southampton, I offered aid but he insisted i call for backup as the RNS-Gascogne was also present. I rallied forces from the Secondry fleet, Privateers and the BPA and ordered them to gather at Southampton which they did in good order.
Our forces were:
HMS-Victory (Dunkirk)
HMS-Quatus (A gunboat who was placed in reserve until he was needed)
BPA Officer Steve Judge (Templar)
Ernest.Shackleton (Privateer in an OSC VHF)
Myself (LtCdr Victor Steiner flying a challenger)
Enemy forces were:
RNS-Gascogne (Valour)
X. Sisco (Cougar Bomber)
The Victory and I engaged the Valour while Officer Judge and Mister Shackleton engaged the cougar. The Victory put up a solid engagement and managed to seriously damage the Valour, but was unfortunatly destroyed. I stuck with it taking it down to roughly 4% hull before it cloaked and returned to Leeds. The Cougar however was not so lucky and was destroyed by Shackleton. Shackleton and I attempted to follow the Valour but we lost the train, the HMS-Quatus returned to its normal patrol and Officer Judge attended to an issue around Planet New London.
Soon I was contacted by Officer Judge again, who requested my presence at the Planet. I was soon greeted by a Rheinland Gunboat, with a Rheinland Military IFF and Rheinlan Inteligence ID (Marinenachrichtendienst). The captain's name is Ivan VonClaussen. We repeatedly ordered him out of the system and Bretonia, only for him to refuse. We managed to convince him to go to the New London-Cambridge Jump gate before he stated he would go no further with an escort. He also threatened to shoot us both if we tried to stop him. Tired of his stubborness I contacted the Rhienland BDM agency, given that time of night i didn't hold out much hope, but i was pleasantly surprised to recieve a reply from Flottillenadmiral Hofmann. I explained the problem to him asked him to remove his man.
I apologise to the Board in advance, I allowed Admiral Hofmann temporary access into Bretonia (Cambridge) as I was the ranking officer of the watch at the time and that, given the time of night, the Admirals were asleep. I submit to any punishment should you find it appropriate.
The admiral made it in good time and scolded the Pilot, amazingly the Captain of the Ship refused to Obey the Admiral's orders as well, and only complied when Hofmann threatened to shoot him on the spot. After much arguing, the Gunboat finally decided to leave, under heavy escort from us of course. We made it to the freeport where the admiral stated that another BDM agent would arrive in Omega-7 to deal with captain VonClaussen. The Captain however had other plans are refused to go any further until the second agent was in front of him. We agreed, and I suggested that we wait at Aland Shipyard but the second BDM agent arrived before we could depart. At this moment the Gunboat decided to Leg it toward the Omega-7 Jump gate, with the four of us in hot pursuit. I took the trade lane to the Jump gate and cut the Gunboat off. I finally lost my temper and demanded he leave. He made his way toward the Jump gate before letting slip a snid comment that sent Admiral Hofmann over the edge, he ordered his man to kill the Gunboat, I denied Officer Judge the right to shoot and held my own fire, i asked him One last time to leave in peace. Hofmann (who had now held his fire) stated that if ever he wanted to return to Bretonia he would ask first.
VonClaussen then threatened to kill the Admiral and as such we all engaged the Gunboat, tired of his insolence. Alas, officer Judge was shot down but his pod was retrieved and I landed the killing shot in vengence. I then proceeded to have words with both BDM pilots about this incident when not 30 seconds later a Hessian Battlecruiser jumped through the Gate. I sent out a distress signal and we all engaged the hessian until HMS-Holmfirth arrived to lend a hand. With the destruction of the Hessian, and my conversation with the Rheinlanders complete I returned to Cambridge where i await your instructions.
This is the second Rheinland Inteligence agent i have discovered in Bretonia, i questioned the Admiral about it and he has requested evidence, which i have in my possesion, to be sent to him. With your permission i will send it.
Logs and Photographic Evidence can be provided upon request.
