Today's sortie started as I met up with Commander Bridge just outside Graves Station, where he was looking over BMM miners. Once that was finished, we headed over to Leeds space to defend our position in the system. The blockade zone was, for the most part, dead quiet, beyond sporadic Kusari incursions.

However, "Amelie:Zoa", a suspected Hogosha terrorist, was detected in Leeds space. Me and Commander Bridge devised a plan to ambush her and bring her into custody. Part of the strategy implied me waiting in Dublin space, right outside the Leeds gravitational anomaly (jump hole) there. Despite our best efforts, the Hogosha terrorist could not be apprehended. She likely anticipated our moves.

While I was in an ambush/intercept position in Dublin, an Outcast Tridente gunship appeared, identified as "Perry*ellis". He was dangerously close to my position, but initially showed no hostile intent. I reported the situation on the BAF comms net and soon after, Agent Redwood ordered the destruction of the gunship. As it turns out, "Perry*ellis", when asked to release BAF, IMG and other civilian pilots he had in custody, decided to simply execute them instead, including our Armed Forces pilots.

Guncam footage of the destruction of the Tridente.

Shortly after, a miner named "Barazion" asked for help on my comms, saying that a Molly was committing acts of piracy towards his party. I relayed the information to Agent Redwood and we both went to see what was going on. The HMS Atlas was also present, but was kept at a distance to avoid unnecessary conflict escalation. The situation was resolved without a single shot fired.

List of involved contacts. "Sacred.Heart" was the Molly.

I have nothing else to report at this time.

Dear Diary...

Not a good day. Best ended with a Litre of Whiskey.

My poor old girl, the Regina! I must train the crew better. The ones who survived.

Why in God's name was a Corsair Dreadnought at Leeds?

And what possessed me to try broadsides when range fire with Mortars and Pulse Weapons is so much more effective?

Sadly, the Regina endured horrible damage. But a brave Mandalorian in a bomber managed to drive off the scoundrel! Imagine! We gave as good as we got lads!

Where is that Scotch?

At around 11:20PM, a low-level scramble alert was issued on the Battlefield Suffolk, something about a Corsair cruiser in Dublin space harassing Bretonian Police Authority constables. I took that sortie and headed there. The Invictus did the same.

Needless to say, the situation was resolved fairly quickly, as the CO of the enemy cruiser decided to simply give up, presenting little challenge to the Invictus itself. Guncam footage to follow.

Destruction of the CCS-Barbary.

All BAF elements disengaged and left afterwards.

Nothing else to report.

Sirs,
In Leeds today i came across a lad from the kaizoku lot name of Yuka Kaizoku. Cheeky bugger he was and a war of words was engaged. He clearly wanted a fight and try as i might to get him to go home, wherever that is, he would not leave. Indeed, a few of his mates turned up as well.
Fighting began with myself and one of these fellows. he was losing so his boss called him off.
At this point Lt Lee Baily came on duty and helped me out with these folks as well as a Bowex HF name of Ian Wills. I took yuka to a point where his hull was buckling and he left the fight so i went to help the Lt. When i got there, however, he didnt need any help and quickly destroyed the enemy by himself.
The rest of the Kaizoku lot left, those that were still flying that is.

Greetings sirs, i started my patrol hooking up with Ensign Halls, scanning incoming traffic. We then later join Captain Jones and found a LSF ID'ed Interspaced IFF'ed pilot in an Order vessel carrying Corsair, Liberty and Civilian guns going by the name of Simson. He came in from Kusari and after a while of negotiations we sent him packing back to Kusari.

After escorting a trader carrying military vehicles to the Mac Duff, Captain Jones and I returned to Leeds, where he came off patrol. After scanning more traffic, i received a call from a BAF pilot about a Gallic gunboat in Salisbury, I, Lieutenant Commander Adama, Ensign Halls and the Royal.Sovereign (a Bretonian Battleship). We found the hostile in combat with Commander Adama, Ensign Halls and I engaged but I had mechanical problems so i was forced to drop back while the fight drifted away (//FL crashed). In the end i heard Ensign Halls finalized the kill and we all headed back to Leeds to sign off.

Woodrow signing off.

Sirs I would like to inform you, more about the details that happened after, Lt Woodrow ship problems. I was able to disrupt the ship. As the ship named "Marabou" slow down its engine. It opened fire downing my shield, I then received back up from ensign Halls and HMS-Royal sovereign we managed, to buckle its hull a few supernova hits and nova torpedoes. However Ensign Halls got the vital hit with a mini-razor. Ensign Halls then beamed the ships captain, in to his cargo hold where, he then transported it to HMS-Harlow. The ships captain is now been interrogated by MI5.

I left docking pads of Leeds answering on emergency call.
2 Kusari Naval forces gunboats were cruising around saying they want to chat.
Was quite strange from Emperor's pilots. But we had no time to waste. Kusarians needs to be cleaned out.
They both targeted me, and at first few minutes my ship took nasty beating, I barely managed to avoid some fire, and not getting destroyed. But they were no match for 2,3 experienced Bretonian bomber pilots. My aim was steady, and I hit one in main engine core, causing heavy damage and destruction of the ship.

One more gunboat left, but didn't last long. Supernova smashing on his hull made a quick end of it,
and blasted his ship.

That would be all from me for today.

A rather eventful day, today.

Once I undocked, I linked up with Lt. Woodrow and Rct. Holmes, and made way for Leeds. During a lull in the trader and Kusari Naval activity, I decided to head for the Macduff, simply to get a glimpse of the Taus. Woodrow gave me leave to do as such, and I headed off through Edinburgh. I gathered rudimentary data of the area, stored it, and began to head back.

Onn my way back, Woodrow and Holmes reported a pirate prescence in Dublin, and I stopped by Aberdeen in order to send out a distress call. This turned out to be for naught, as the pirates didnt appear to be engaging in hostile or illegal action.

So, we began doing regular checkpoint work. A few traders came and went, and we ran into a rather confused lad who was using the Armed Forces comms marker without the proper IFF or identification papers. It was righted rather quickly, so all was well.

I did a quick patrol of New London, and, at that point, Holmes and Woodrow had to leave for the time being. I came back, and kept on the checkpoint work for a few more minutes. I got dragged away by the pursuit of an unresponsive vessel, and got ambushed by a flight of rookie Kusarian pilots. One managed a lucky shot, and downed my main weapons systems. The connection to most of my wain weaponry was, of course, but off, and the only thing I could still activate was my fighter-modified tachyon-antimatter cannon. Remarkably, I managed to outturn the rather poorly-trained Kusarians, and slowly whittled them down.

With that done, I limped back to the Derby. My ship is being repaired as we speak. Here is the compiled guncam logs. The damage from the Kusarian ships corrupted a few files, so Im uploading those images taht werent corrupted in some way.

Good Day Sirs,

Reporting on a rather unusual event in the Dublin system this afternoon. While on patrol from Leeds to New London, Ens Sienna Moseley advised me of a Corsair Slave Liner in Dublin. I proceeded to Dublin where there was in fact a Slave Liner by the name of Valencia|Sails.

I quickly switched from my Templar to a Challenger and we then proceeded to make our way to the Slave Liner. While approaching the liner, they were engaged in discussions over the contents of a peaceful miner and then opened fire. Me and Ens Moseley then advised and engaged the liner.

She didn't put up much of a fight and while attempting to flee i was lucky enough to get a shot with my SNAC which destroyed the vessel.

Much appreciation to ensign Moseley, for which her vigalance is commended.

Kind Regards,

Ensign Sebastian Owens

Hello sirs, I started my patrol with a call from the emergency channels from Lieutenant Commander Adama about 2 Gunboats in the Leeds system, a Corsair and Joker thug. The Corsair left before we'd come and we chased the Joker's thug all the way to the Dublin system where he docked on Arranmore. After resuming normal patrols we came across a Junker carrying Bounty Hunter pilots, Iridium and Black Market Munitions (27 units). The Munitions were released and destroyed firstly. Then the Hunter pilots were liberated onto Leeds. We then inquired as to where the trader was going and he said he was going to Gallia. I was unsure what to do so i asked Lieutenant Commander Williams said to let him go, so i did.

Lieutenant Commander Adama left, so our forces consisted of Ensign Halls, I, Lieutenant Commander Williams (who was in charge), Lieutenant Winters and reserve fleet officer Seb Owens. Lieutenant Commander Williams told us to meet up at Leeds, but it was quiet so Ensign Hall and I patrolled the New London and Cambridge systems, finding nothing, on our return, Lieutenant Commander Williams and Mister Owens had left, leaving the two of us and Lieutenant Winters. As Bretonian space was quiet we decided to sign off.

Woodrow signing off, out.
