Feya: Report for the incident with the Hellfire Legion. My sister and I had heard reports of a Battleship vessel within Magellan. Naturally we, the HMS-Sherwood.Forest, followed orders of the call due to the possible threat. We had been mobilized to the Freeport within magellan where the Hellfire Vessel Libertine was floating nearby. Being as there was a higher ranked officer at the time, Sir Piett, we naturally followed his orders til he gave command over to Lieutenant Commander Charles. We recieved the orders to move in till we had heard over the comms of a Parley from the Hellfire Vessel. We halted and did not open fire. Then the word was given from the Lieutenant Commander to move in. We did so, resulting in the firing upon the HF Libertine. Once we deemed the threat majorly over, it was decided to head back to Leeds with Ensign Garland, who at the time was in his bomber.
Evyn: From that point it turned into a fighter upon fighter match, I had come back to magellan to assist our forces. After a hectic fight along with the Liberty navy, we had to retreat due to the mounting forces in the system.

Hail, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Something strange, not so say, distressing, happened today. I just began a regular patrol, based from Planet Leeds, where everything was quiet. I passed the gate to New London, passed Southhampton, still everything was quiet. When I reached the orbit of planet New London, there was a strange picture showing up to me. I could see a bretonian Shetland train, which was jettisoning all its cargo, mainly food rations and water, into the orbit of planet New London, and in the space between. Unfortnately, my guncam recorder did not work properly, so that most of the images are scrambled, but I will show you, what I have.

As a side note: The fee for polluting bretonian space has already been taken, and my ship has been brought to maintenance on planet New London.

This was what could be seen in the orbit:

And I was able to track out some of the communication logs:

As it seems, some of our honoured bretonian civilians are really unpleased with the governmental politics. As an officer of the Armed Forces, I have no right to judge about this situation. I would just like to leave it here for the Admiralty, if I get permission, I will forward the issue to her majesties government. They may contact the relevant people, if the issue is deemed worth to be.

I was a bit worried, since... If I remember correctly, the last "Tea Party" in ancient Sol history resulted in a revolution.

As another side note: The cargo ship docked at the planet, after his cargo was jettisoned. I docked right afterwards, but was not able to locate the pilot for further questioning. So my ship is still based there, after the guncams are repaired, I may get another chance to see him again.

With best regards,

Captain Finlay O'Dukes
Bretonian Armed Forces

Comm ID: Commodore Dame Evyn Hunter
Origin: HMS Craven's Nest
Recipients: Captain Piett, Commander Evyn, Lieutenant Commanders Feya and Charles

These are the findings of the Court Martial of myself, Admiral Sir Frasier, Admiral Aleski, and Captain O'Dukes;

The four accused personnel are guilty of the following charges;
  • Captain Piett;
    • Did not attempt to find out what was going on in this situation, as is his responsibility as a Captain.
    • Did not advise Commander Charles on the diplomatic stance we held towards the Hellfire Legion, nor keep his actions in check in regards to that diplomatic stance.
    • As ranking officer, Captain Piett is responsible for all violations committed by those under his command, those being Lt. Commander Charles and Commander Evyn.
  • Commander Evyn and Lieutenant Commander Feya;
    • Commanding a Dunkirk-class warship that, as a Commander and Lt. Commander, they do not the authority or rank to control.
    • Taking a Dunkirk-class warship outside of Bretonian sovereignty without approval from the Admiralty Board.
  • Lieutenant Commander Charles;
    • Ordering an attack on a foreign entity without checking our diplomatic stance with them (neutral).
    • Ordering an attack on a foreign and neutral entity who was not making any hostile actions, nor breaking any laws.
    • Ordering a Dunkirk-class warship outside of Bretonian sovereignty without permission from the admiralty.
  • All Three;
    • Failure to report this incident to the Intelligence Staff.
As punishments for the above charges;
  • Captain Piett;
    • 12 Tazor Flogs
    • A reduction in your salary for the next four months.
    • Must organize and lead a minimum of three training sessions for lower ranking officers
    • Must give an apology to the Hellfire Legion
  • Commander Evyn and Lieutenant Commander Feya;
    • 12 Tazor Flogs
    • The Sherwood Forest will be put under the command of a Captain.
    • Haircut
  • Lieutenant Commander Charles;
    • 12 Tazor Flogs
    • Demotion to Lieutenant. You will be considered for promotion back to Lieutenant Commander three weeks from now
    • An apology to the Hellfire Legion
    • Memorization of Bretonia's diplomatic stance with all nearby organizations
A few comments on this issue. Captain Piett, as the ranking officer in this situation, and future situations, it is your responsibility to find out what is going on, and to make sure that the ones making the orders are not making a mistake. Always try to prevent hostility until you can determine the facts of the matter. Never assume others have a good reason for their actions. Always make sure they do. You need to notify one of the members of this Court Martial board; myself, Admiral Sir Frasier, Admiral Aleski, or Captain O'Dukes, after each training session. This is the channel in which you should put your apology to the Hellfire Legion.

Lieutenant Charles, you should never order an attack on a foreign entity without good cause. The Hellfire Legion ship which you attacked had not, according to the reports, made any hostile moves towards your force, was outside of Bretonian sovereign space, and was breaking none of the laws of the Curacao Treaty. As such, we're very concerned about why you ordered an attack on this vessel. You will also need to send your apology to the above transmission channel.

Lieutenant Commander Feya, as well as you Commander Evyn, should also have been aware of the problems here. While Piett was the ranking officer, and thus the responsibility fell to him, it is poor form for you not to also check in on the diplomatic stance of our nation in this regard. Also, not only should you not be in command of a ship who's minimum rank is that of a Captain, but then you took it into a risky situation outside of our territory. As listed above, both of you will be held to the same standards of decency and appearance as other members of the Armed Forces. You will shave your fur, clip your claws, and keep them that way.

This situation could have been easily avoided if any of you four had been responsible in the knowledge of our diplomacy, and in your responsibility to your fellow officers. This has come about not because of one person, but all four of you are to blame for this by your negligence. We are expecting better behavior from all of you.

Evyn: Today was...One I would like to forget. I decided to join up with the BPA on a prisoner transfer from Bretonia to Liberty, enjoying the clear run for the mostpart, hooking up with a few Liberty Navy officers along with the New Admiral Gray. We all had a decent talk til they asked why I didnt have a last name, and the Admiral therefore sought out to cure her curiousity with my story. Things went sour when I told them on what I looked like, and their admiral...had the gall..to try and joke with me..

[Image: op0hvn.jpg]

Evyn: I have faced fleets of Corsairs, Kusari scum, Moronic Mollies and such...But I have never been so insulted! I flew to salisbury and basically vented a few moments right in front of Captian Piett and a cadet, and for that I apologise..

Good day.
I am reporting a strange situation from today's patrol duty. We got reports about multiple corsairs, a small fleet, of several gunboats, fighters and a ... barge. We had two dunkirks patroling the systems and several fighters, so our forces have found the enemies quickly. All of them were destroyed except one gunboat that fleed damaged, and the barge. The barge was stuck on 1k range next to the Leeds jump hole, in Cambridge system. I have arrived just in time to investigate this situation and interrogate the zoner pilot, captain of the barge. From my guncams, you can see his cargo and identification documents. All about him was clear, except the fact he have been escorted from his starting destination by the mentioned above corsairs.
After short interrogation with captain "Little Joe", the information I've received is this:
-The zoner was neutral, as all zoners are, and his actions were not hostile by his words.
-The zoner and the corsairs were working together until we found and cleared out the corsairs.
-The zoner was carring significant ammount of cargo, which you can find from my images, which is suspicious to pass through Bretonia space, but it's not illigal.
-The zoner was not aware of the fact, that working with corsairs in open space in front of us, will automatically make him hostile and enemy of the Crown.
These are the facts, but the evdices about this case are not many, so I let the barge pilot to move on his own without any escort out of Bretonia. His final destination was Dresden system, but since he was working with pirates, his luck will help him to survive.Probably.
I have warned the mentioned "Little Joe" about his actions, and how can they be used against him, even if we consider his zoner neutrality. He have apologized and assured me, he wont do such a thing again. If his vessel is spotted again, in Bretonia space under the escort of pirates, this captain will be arrested and placed under interrogation by BPA on board of Scotland Yard.

Here I give you the documents of the guilty Zoner:

Report filed 1923 New London Time.
Battleship Derby, Leeds.
Ensign Sandermall

Having been discharged from the sickbay for light duties, I snuck out and undertook a merry patrol of the Cambridge and Leeds. The following are worth mentioning.

At 1714 I made contact with a triplet of Corsairs in Cambridge. I took down two, but the third cut out before I could get a hard lock.

At 1722 I contacted some Gaian terrorists in Leeds, near the Cambridge jump hole. Both were dispatched.

Having proceeded to the Battleship York, I found a Kusari... expatriate by the name of Mariko Kelan who was waiting for a guard of his, another Kusari defector with initials MK. The name was unpronouncable. They were carrying Special Operative IDs, and Mr. Kelan was flying a Rhineland Bomber. He told me they reside in Bretonia and occasionally forayed into Kusari space to do some light raiding. They seemed to be freedom fighters of sorts. One way or the other they seemed peaceful and killed Kusaris, so I let them be. Ones to watch out for in future.

Finally, at Leeds itself I stopped a mercenary named Alexei.Nikonov. He seemed to be looking for some Pirate hunting, so I let him carry on. I then boarded the Derby.

In conclusion, there is one Templar aboard the Derby waiting to go.

Carina Regina,
Ensign Sandermall

Feya: Well today was a bit strange..So here I am enjoying my morning cup of Orange juice and ice, and I get this call about a strange battleship in Dublin assaulting some of our fine officers of the BPA...So I figured I'd go and give them a hand...Wel I will say I got a bit of a shock at what I found..Some damned Frenchie group going on a joy ride through Dublin..I will say that the gunnery crews definately needed some work on their aim cause my duck only got a few scratches, and thanks to the BPA, we sent it straight to the scrap heap...
