Greetings, sirs.
This mornings duty started with a scramble because of Phantom fighter Umbra.Venator in Leeds. Along with Lt. John Clay we almost took him down, unfoŕtunately he managed to jump to Magellan where we lost him. He is not coming back soon I think, as he got away only barely. One more thing worthy of your attention is that usage of mines is very effective against phantoms. I scored more mine hits in this fight than in all other together.

My duty continued with some clashes with KNF rookies and various other pirates, when an LPI officer John Kimble contacted me. If only I had known what a ride this is going to be! I will sum up all facts in logical order, to spare you the work of sorting out what Kimble was blabling about.
He requested permission to enter Bretonia. Since I know that Libertonian ships need permission from Admiralty, I pointed him there. But I was curious, so I began to ask him about his intentions in Bretonia. He told he is looking for Sarah Connor for three years undercover. He also told that Sarah Connor is his friend and, pardon me, "a healthy female in breeding age". He refused to share any more details so I was starting to be suspicious at this point and our conversation with Kimble turned from friendly talk into an argument very quickly. I was definitely sure that I am not letting this man to enter Bretonia.
But I had a bad feeling that Kimble will enter Bretonia even without permission, whether from Admiralty or me. I have started a patrol around our space and only three minutes later I have found him in New London near planet Dover, he seemed to be a little confused about where he was. At first I tried to be "nice" and I wanted to escort him out of Bretonia. I requested him to follow me but Mr. Kimble decided it is, quote "No deal" end of quote, and he began to run the opposite way, towards Southampton. I chased him down in the middle of Leeds lane, thanks to lane disruption. After a few minutes of his vague shouting at me, quote "YOU BLEW MY COVER!" end of quote, I have decided to take him in custody to Newgate. I did so, because at that time I was not certain about who this man was and I wanted to make sure this man is no threat for Bretonian security. I have seen that he will not comply, so we had a following piece of conversation:
...
Kimble: What is this place?
Me: New London. But I will show you a better place. You will like it.
...
Kimble was enthusiastic for seeing new places because he was "looking for a place for a vacation". After some minutes we finally moved. Kimble followed me nicely all the way to Newgate, he even didn?t tried to run when he saw the minefield. That definitely convinced me that this man was an idiot, pardon the word. Kimble was a bit angry when I told him where he is, but he landed. I was trying for ten minutes to start to question him, but his idiocy overwhelmed me, I was unable to continue the conversation, so I asked the Newgate operator to give Kimble some food and a sound-proof room. Then I have landed too and had a drink in bar to calm myself down.
This concludes the incident. I am also adding the camera shots.

The first photo is my first encounter with Kimble, second is confirmation of identity and third is a picture of him running toward Southampton. The fourth picure is the log of comms and I have taken it when I landed at Newgate to have a rest. It shows the end of transmissions. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of Kimble landing at Newgate, but he did land.
That is all. Conclusion is that John Kimble is an idiot and poses a threat to himself and those in his vicinity. I will also contact the LPI headquarters as soon as possible and ask them to take care of him.
Lieutenant Clay out.

Subject: Corsair Intrusion/Molly Diplomacy

Sirs,

Yesterday's engagement has shown some fruit from the Molly ceasefire.
Myself and a BMM fighter codenamed EagleFire encountered a sizable Corsair raiding party led by two gunboats. We were unable to deal with the threat directly until a Molly gunboat, The [MR]Landsverk, and a fighter flown by Shelly O'Callaghan came to New London and offered assistance against a mutual enemy. Taking command of the gunboat Wellesley to even the odds, we successfully engaged and destroyed the entire enemy force with no casualties on our side. Afterward, the Molly force peacefully returned to Dublin.

Here is the enemy casualty list: Data Uplink

For your consideration,

Commodore Blake Owen

Today, i was performing my duties in the blocade, when a QCP Commander contacted me via secured channels, he told me that in the last raid they captured a ship that contained some important information, secret information, of Bretonia politics, Kusari was going to use them to blackmail our politics, and destroy Bretonia reputation. I was ordered to give this intel to someone in the Admiralty Board, Fleet Admiral Sir Stanley Nelson to be more exact. This document contains war changing intel, i am awaiting in Battleship Suffolk to Fleet Admiral Sir Stanley Nelson to grab the documents. I will protect them with my life.

Sirs,

Strange days indeed. Myself and Ensign Jack O'neal where carrying out routine patrols in Bretonia, the Ensign in New London and myself in Leeds when i recieved a long range comms message from the LSF up in Liberty. They informed me that there was a few rouge elements of the LSF in Bretonia space headed my way. This was confirmed when they showed up outside of Planet Leeds. I halted these fellows and asked what they where doing here and in some form of halted comms they said they where headed for some place called Galia where they spoke thier own language. At least i think that was what they said! When i denied thier passage and asked them to head home to Liberty they said no and opened fire on me would you believe! After a short fight and two of thier craft recieving damage they asked for a ceasefire and they would go back to Liberty. This i granted.

I escorted these lads back to the Manchester gate where an LSF agent called Sonya and Ensign O'neal was waiting. The LSF agent to take them home and the Ensign to act as backup if they started again.

Sonya apologised for the rouge agents and assured me action would be taken on them.

The Ensign has guncam shots of these fellows names as, to my embarresment, i forgot to take any as i was so shocked that these lads had the gall to open fire on Her Majesties Armed Forces.

Sirs,

Jumped into my ship for the journey back to the Stirling to catch up on my paperwork when i recieved reports of pirates in the Cambridge system. I quickly moved to the system to check out these reports when our old friend the Joker and one of his thugs turned up on my scanners. Not only that but some idiot in an Osiris called Ghost or something was there as well. I truly thought my number was up.
I caught up with them at the New London gate thinking that i would hold back and wait for backup, but, the Joker engaged with some of his unfunny wit.
The fight lasted a while and much to my surprise his thug didnt join in as well, but stayed back and talked to this Ghost character and, would you believe it, a couple of 'sairs that turned up as well !!! Im sure his mates in the Molly's would liked to have seen that eh!
In the end i overcame the Joker and destroyed his vessel....

After this i noticed that the 'sairs had moved on and i couldnt see the ghost anywhere. His thug moved off as well.
I have docked on Planet Cambridge for repairs but will be back on patrol soon.

Subject: Action report

Good day sirs,
I would like to report two of my recent actions. Both of them simple and easy housekeeping stuff.
First took place yesterday, when I was on duty at Leeds blockade. First, a train KF-95 carrying Military vehicles to Macduff attempted to breach the blockade. He was out of CD range, but he stopped when I hailed him. I informed him about the situation that no ships can pass and that he must go through Edinburgh, and result was 10 minute rather unfriendly talk, where the trader was trying to appeal on my feelings saying that each second our soldiers die because I am delaying his shipment. Later he added lamentations regarding my intelligence. Since he didn?t obey my multiple orders to turn the ship, I arrested him and made him land on Leeds to unload the cargo. He obeyed that.
A few seconds later a corsair Vito.Sanchez appeared nearby. Lieutenant Lancelot stopped him and we were getting ready for a fight which seemed to be unavoidable. The corsair also hired a mercenary Hoods_Bane to help him out. I had then a small ion storm and when my ship came back online they were already firing on Lt. Lancelot. I didnt waste time. After a short while, Lancelots ship blew up because of malfunction. Another while, the mercenary met one of my mines and also blew. It was then a duel between me and the corsair. After a short while it was clear that he doesnt stand a chance, he was inexperienced and young. Therefore I gave him a chance to leave, which he obeyed. That was all for that day.

Second action took place today in Dublin. I was patrolling near the NL jump hole, when four pirates came through. One tridente called Mortal, one Falcata bomber UFO, one Werewolf Churchill and Eagle Avazaki. I instantly asked them to go away. They demanded money from me instead. After some unimportant talks while our forces were gathering we engaged in battle. Me, Lieutenant John Clay, HMS Kent and Bowex guy Mart Bellock. The Tridente went down very quickly thanks to Kent, which then disengaged the battle because the fighters could take care of the rest without trouble. Mart Bellock scored a kill shooting the Falcata and I destroyed the Werewolf. John Clay shot down the Eagle when he was trying to run.

I apologise for not having the video documentation, I must fix my camera.

Lieutenant Michael Clay out.

All BAF units are to be on the lookout for a mercenary by the name of Copernicus, reported to be responsible for recent attacks against Armed Forces personnel. Also, with the Dublin front pacified, we should be spreading more of our efforts to securing the Omega trade route to Rheinland in order to ensure the continued flow of military materials into our space.

In a further notice, a standing order is being issued to investigate any sightings of multiple ships in the Inverness system (accessible via Newcastle and Cortez), during periods of low-alert, as part of an Admiralty investigation into who operates in that system and in order to enforce Bretonian sovereignty in the area.

[color=#FFFFFF]My first day as a pilot in the Bretonian Armed Forces. Not bad at all.

While I was setting up my Templar, I received word of a pirate in Dublin from another BAF pilot, Tengo1. He entered Dublin just as I had completed the setup of my Templar, and by the time I was entering the Dublin jump gate I received word that the pirate had engaged.

I scanned the pirate ship as I approached the scene and found it to be a Falcata. I asked Tengo1 if he required assistance against the pirate, Alice Techler, to which he answered "Yes." So I opened fire on Techler, and we began the first part of a long fight.

When she had run out of nanobots, she started dodging our fire with the cover of the jump gate. She must've known that she couldn't do that forever, and we soon found out she didn't have to. Another ship arrived, a Freelancer hired by Techler. She gave some brief words before targetting my Templar with her Roc and opening fire. She was jousting me, which gave me the perfect opportunity to test my weapon systems to their full potential.

x5 Advanced Splitters. x1 Paralyzer Missile Launcher. x1 Starkiller Torpedo Launcher. Very effect against the Roc, who had a hard time dodging the missile salvos. I started knocking the guns off, making the pilot watch her ship fall apart, before she exploded to a storm of Splitters.

Techler had few nanobots or shield batteries left, and Tengo1 had plenty, so I decided that he could handle it from there. As I charged my cruise engines, and left Tengo1 and Techler to joust, horror struck. The Falcata had destroyed Tengo1 with a Supernova shot, and was now facing me. I disengaged my cruise engines and turned, and exchanged some brief words before we both opened fire.

A Freelancer came and visited us in combat several times, when of which Miss Techler revealed her plan, which was to drain my ammo stores clean. It was a battle I knew I could not win then. I could not take her out with Splitters alone. Therefore I tried to talk to her, and began to steer the discussion toward her reasons for pirating, and how to turn her away from it with a Bretonian Government Pardon for her crimes.

Who knows, I may have gotten through to her in the long-run, but as I moved closer to the Essex she engaged her cruise engines, as I made my way for the gate.

Perhaps next time, I can get through to her?

[color=#FFFFFF]Today wasn't very... Eventful, that's the right word. And by not very eventful, I mean I didn't get to shoot anything. *Laughs*

I moved from New London to Leeds, and patrolled the trade lanes. While stopping near the Dublin jump hole to monitor activity in the trade lane close by (also to see if the jump hole was phase-aligned for a possible jump) a ship jumped out of the trade lane. I managed to get a quick scan, and saw that it was a Kusari Dragon, with Kusari weapons mounted and a hold full of diamonds.

I asked that he stop and give me an explanation about his ship and equipment, but he refused to stop. My ship lacked a cruise disruptor, and I was five klicks behind him without catching up, so after a few minutes I called it and headed back to the trade lanes. The ship was heading back to the occupied side of the Leeds system.

After this, I returned to planet Leeds to find a Corsair ship moving from the Newcastle jump gate trade lane to the Edinburgh jump gate trade lane. I asked for an explanation of his presence, but he moved into the trade lane with myself following. He exited the trade lane mid-journey and began to cruise into the toxic cloud. I pursued, and soon he jumped into the New London system via a jump hole. Due to my ships lack of a cruise disruptor, I was unable to stop him on several possible occasions.

On the other side, he kept on cruising, with myself losing several possible chances to cruise disrupt his ship. Eventually, he arrived at Trafalgar and docked.
