[color=#FFFFFF]This is a recall of the same event as in Commander Alster's report, from my view.

I launched from the Essex and began my patrol of the Dublin system. I gave my usual announcement, asking any miners to report pirate activity in their area. It was not for several minutes before I received a distress call from a miner in one of the independant asteroid fields. I hurried to his position but was relieved to hear that the pirate had left him because he had no ore. At that time I located the pirate, Alejdandro Vasqez, on my sensors and moved in as he was moving on cruise engines.

He stopped and turned and I moved closer. At this point I put a call out onto S.K.Y.P.3 requesting bomber support. The gunboat was not very talkative and was focused on wanting to have a one on one dual with me. He rushed into an engagement. After a minute of fighting Commander Alster arrived, and after that the gunboat had no hope of survival as we picked at it with our Supernovas.

The gunboat was destroyed and Dublin saved from Alejandro Vasqez until the fool could find a replacement ship.

That's all for now.

A rather odd little foray...

I was just doing a bit of border patrolling, managing Leeds traffic and whatnot, even trying to tune Jelmirai's emotion routines (she apparently still has a rather odd glitch where bad situations throw her into a state of envy. Quite strange). Well, out of nowhere, a massive warship came out of the lane from Kusari territory, seemingly just plowing through. I finally coaxed the rather incoherent captain to slow the ship, allowing Jelmirai to identify it as an Argus-class, Miners Guild battlecruiser. Naturally, he was ordered to return to his place of origin, but refused, claiming that he needed to go further into Bretonian space. Even my assault vessel wasnt enough to take it on, however, and I simply tried to supress it's progress until support could come. I remotely deactivated every lane he came across, and he even threatened my life over it, once! Eventually, I contacted a secondary fleet gunboat known as the Sidney, and the captain quickly interdicted the vessel. It once again kept moving on, despite us slowing it's progress. We soon linked up with Lieutenant Keevan. At this point, i began directing the operation, using Jelmirai's support to quickly alter orders to efficiently inetrcept the vessel. We finally stopped it in Cambridge, where it threatened to kill us all if we didnt let it go.

That didnt go well for him.

Jelmirai linked our vessel's mainframes, found targetting solutions, and we quickly assaulted it, dropping it's defense systems in mere seconds. It began to run, and we pursued further into Omega-3, eliminating the vessel before it could reach Rheinland and cause even more trouble.

Here's the compiled guncam footage:

Well, to get right to it...

I started off by linking up with Commodore Adama, as well as a secondary fleet Destroyer vessel known as the HMS-Romulus. We had a report on a Kusari Naval vessel attempting to infiltrate Bretonian space. We managed to interdict it in a smog cloud - he was a recruit, who brealy knew how to fly. I swear, those Kusarians are just getting insane. Well, anyhow, he was sent on his way, apprently quite scared, and returned to the Taus.

We then got a report of a cardamine smuggler heading towards Leeds. We soon picked him up on scanners, and began pursuit. Commodore Adama had engine issues, and was unable to catch up quickly, pursuing far behind the smuggler.

We chased him through Leeds and across Magellan. Once we entered a clear pocket, we had a severe scanner fluctuation, of unknown origin. Our scanners practically went dead, and the smuggler simply disappeared. We were in no shape to continue, so we headed towards the Freeport, hoping to regroup.

I lost contact with Adama, but kept moving towards Freeport 4, where he had apparently used a tradelane to get to. Im not sure what was wrong, but, for a long while, I couldnt get any sort of response from him, However, after resolving whatever issue had occured, me and Adama headed back for Leeds.

As soon as we came close to the jumphole back to Leeds, we were ambushed by a pair of Hacker-designated fighters. Quickly, we went through, but I was soon disrupted while Adama got away. However, I managed to keep the pair at bay until support could come - the Romulus, which had been performing border duty. It managed to make them flee, and I returned to the Derby, where I am now. Unfortunately, the damaged to my vessel corrupted all of my gun camera data.

Hall, out.

To all Armed Forces vessels,

Any vessel dubbed 'Bro-Callsign' is to be regarded as hostile. I'm receiving reports that they're attacking Bretonian vessels in Bretonian space. Their IFF's are Navy. You have my authorization to force them back into Liberty space.

They've already openly engaged a wing of Bretonian fighters led by a Section Five agent. Section Five has forwarded the images to my desk and I have to say I am not pleased. Show them what it's like to piss off the Bretonian Armed Forces.

Signed,

Vice Admiral Roger Hans

Just a normal night patrol...

I linked up with Ensigns Aleski and Gates, as well as Vice Admiral Hans. There was quite a surprise, as the Vice Admiral promoted Aleski to Lieutenant right on the spot.

We then conducted a patrol through Dublin, finding very little. It culminated in spotting a dangerous Outcast Gunboat near the Essex, which was swiftly destroyed with the help of the Vice Admiral, who was commanding a Gunboat.

We heard some random chatter, but ended up retiring for the night, turning in to the quarters on our respective deployment bases.

[Subject: Action report]

Today I received urgent message from Norfolk about possibly hostile action near Camridge jumpgate within Omega-3. Black unknown ship and some capital ship were reported.
I launched to investigate. After 10 minutes of fligth I got to Camridge jumpgate and started check on ice field. While Camridge jumphole was cleared, I found targets near Omega-3 phenomenon. Capital ship was cruiser or destroyer, according to scans (possibly of Molly origin), while fighter had anti-scanning hardware on board. However fighter was presumably Phantom, so I attempted to arrest him. He resisted with maniacal laughter and fire. Capital ship identified as "Maelstrom" (Eva McDowell is commander) remained neutral.

While we were dueling with Phantom, three Rheinland Military crafts arrived at cloud. I advised them to turn around and pull back to Omega-7, because their assistance wasn't neeeded and Omega-3 is patrolled by our forces right now. I thought they could be Wilde, because they refused to leave this space "according to Camridge threaty". They spectated our fight, however they received distress call from someone nearby, so they left. Unfortunately our ships don't have any records of them. Phantom was eliminated, finally. After that I had short chat with miss McDowell. She was warned we don't tolerate presense of warships around Bretonia, however given her politeness and Bretonian citizenship I decided to advise her to register her ship for flight license (acting within Bretonia). She agreed, asked few questions, then I left to Norfolk to conduct report. I met rheinlanders before, though, and escorted them out to Omega-7.

By the way to Norfolk I was attacked by lone pirate bomber, however that's not important: he was eliminated in seconds.

SUBJECT: Report

[color=#FFFFFF]Today was a surprisingly active day.

I received a report that bomber assistance was required in a Wildlife smuggling bust, and I moved to Edinburgh to assist. Lieutenants Keevan and Hall were already in the system and I moved in to their position near the Tau-31 jump hole. The convoy was reported to be quite large: six ships at the most. It was unknown which were transports and which were escorts, and to what size each transport or escort was. We had received the word from one of the escorts who was assisting us in the apprehension of these smugglers.

After a long wait, the contact, Austin Goodman (who at the time I had no knowledge of) jumped through and told us they were coming. Two transports and two freighters came through and immediately began cruising toward Perth. We followed them to Perth and they all docked. I believed that they would catch the idea that they were being monitored and lay low on Perth. But no, all four ships undocked, loaded with Gaian Wildlife. We told them to cut their engines and drop their cargo. None of them responded verbally, but they did stop. The fourth ship, the largest, undocked a minute after the first three. My attention was on the other three, and the transport somehow managed to get a decent distance away by cruise before Austin and the two Lieutenants pursued. All three other ships now rushed to dock on Perth, despite our request for them to be locked out.

I now moved toward the Tau-31 jump hole where the transport was heading. But I detected another transport and instead moved to scan it. It was filled with Gaian Wildlife. I cruise disrupted it and ordered it to cut its engines and drop its cargo. It decided not to comply with either order and I did not hesitate to open fire. It returned fire. However, after it jumped to Tau-31 it was quickly destroyed. The weirdest part of it was that its ID papers revealed it worked for Daumann.

Moving back in Edinburgh I found one of the freighters from Perth trying to dock on Shetland. I told it to drop its cargo, but as I heard Shetland approving its docking rights I took action and destroyed the freighter. As I was moving away I came across an IND transport and scanned its cargo, finding Military Vehicles. It told me that they were moving to MacDuff and I moved in to escort it for the journey. We arrived at MacDuff safely, and there I met the two Lieutenants and Austin Goodman. I then learned that he was reported as a traitor to the Crown. But he had already disappeared into the shadows, just visible on my sensors fourteen klicks away, saying goodbye and crediting us on a good job done with the smugglers.

We moved back to Edinburgh and found one of the freighters from before near Shetland. We told it to drop its cargo but it was cruising and moving in random directions. We eventually cruise disrupted it and successfully destroyed it.

A success day today. We successfully destroyed several smuggling ships. And as much as I hate to say it now that I know a little of his past, it would not have been possible without Austin Goodman and his intelligence on the convoy.

That's all for now.

This is a supplementary for Lieutenant Commander Hallam's report.

After he left, I was left in command of Lieutenant Keevan, by his request. We quickly identified several of the smugglers which had evaded our grasp beforehand, "Flagship Scavenger" and "AJ". Keevan managed to get past a few Corsair patrols, and interdicted them in newcastle, where the Smugglers opened fire on him. I quickly caught up, and managed to destroy "AJ", and then proceeded to assist with "Scavenger". After several minutes of pursuit, Keevan managed to land an antimatter shot which caused the smuggler's reactor core to go critical. Thankfully, the Gaian wildife was still safe, in their transport units, and we called in to the Derby to send shuttles for their transport.

We were all prepared to go back to the Derby for a rest, but received a report on a crazed Outcast gunship - Vasquez, the man who's been attacking our vessels. With the help of two bounty hunters, he was easily dispatched.

At this point, we headed back to the Derby, to take a rest. Here is the compiled guncam log:

Apparently, the training sessions in Salisbury show some first effects on my skills. I have to say, though, that fighting Templars in a Templar should be only the first step of the training. That is due to the Templar's maneuverabilty, which is, in comparison to our common enemy's VHF ships, a bit a disadvantage.
I'm proposing therefor that we either get some enemy ships for training purposes, or we get more Heavy Fighters, not neccessarily only for training purposes. In any way, the training center should get some funds for getting those.

Lieutenant A. Keevan, signing off.

Good day, sirs.
I started out my patrol on the blockade in my Challenger (my Templar has no CD). Soon enough I came across a Zoner "Fearless" destroyer. He said he was just hauling some iridium, so I let him pass through, he was causing no trouble, I also told him to inform a BAF officer the next time he came through. I then came across a Gaian, heading to Newcastle, he was doing nothing wrong but I warned him that if I received any reports about him I'd come after him.
http://s626.photobucket.com/albums/tt344/s...=screen21-3.jpg

I then saw a Corsair in Leeds, and i told him the same as the Gaian.

I then escorted a Freelancer trader, heading towards the MacDuff who was going to go by Stokes, through Edinburgh. There I spotted the same Corsair, trying to pirate that trader that I was escorting, not too bright. I opened fire. The trader ran and after a few minutes I engaged.
http://s626.photobucket.com/albums/tt344/s...=screen22-4.jpg

A Gaian approached me, a different one to the last, and said he would engage me, but didn't. After the Corsair ran, the Gaian started to fire at the Shetland, I ordered it to stop but it didn't. I then opened fire, I was at a disadvantage as he had an Eagle, but I was still in by bomber. He had the upper hand when a BPA Officer jumped in, he was under equipped, and destroyed instantaneously. I then took his shields down and fired a SNAC, finishing his hull off.
http://s626.photobucket.com/albums/tt344/s...=screen23-2.jpg

I headed back to Leeds for a while, but it was quiet so I headed to Dublin for the last leg of my patrol. While by the Essex, a Mercenary engaged me, claiming there was a bounty on me. After some razor shooting, some of which went right through the "gaps" in his hull, it was over for him.
http://s626.photobucket.com/albums/tt344/s...=screen24-1.jpg

I then settled down on the Essex.

Note: I recommend for all BAF personnel to watch out for this Mercenary, Alexander Vargas.

Woodrow out.
