Message:

It is with regret that I must inform you that the High Command of the Asgard Warriors has been unable to fully gather and discuss that which has been put forward by the Council due to several Generals and Admirals being caught up with engagements with the enemy forces. They have been recalled and once they have arrived we will be able to issue a proper response.

Sorry for the inconvienence

J. Alpha

Fleet Admiral and Commander of the AWB-Leviathan

((OOC: Dab hasnt been on over the weekend, I think he has had to go to his dad's house whose internet is nothing short of shocking so neither me nor Korrd can do anything until we speak to him.))
Defiler chats whit some fellow Zoners and makes his unofficial views:

I think that AW contract shloud be most certanly extended, and for the JG voting rights,Voting shloud be revised.

what exactly does the [AW] contract include - and should they still officially and publicly refer to themselves as "zoner guards" ? - as that means their behaviour reflects the zoners in large.

when the contract means the protection of the interests of the zoners in 84 and in theta, i say "yes" it should be extended - allthough they should try to learn a less aggressive approach towards protection. i remember jinx being threatened to be shot down by an [AW] ( in close scanner range so there was no doubt about ID, affiliation ) because i refused to state my business before the [AW] made clear what he was actually do there. he did not understand that being AW doesn t instantly make you popular throughout sirius and so thought that asking "what is AWs business in theta" was questioning him and posing a threat to him.

after that incident, i see on the AWs doubiously. they do not represent anything that is zoner, but as a merc unit, they may proceed to do the job.

As for the jupiter guild... i say we give them the same rights that any other non pure zoner faction receives. enough said about that. i will still say "yes" to voting rights of the JG, as i d say "yes" t the voting rights of [aw] as long as they are on long term contract with the zoners.

but these things shall be discussed when we finally meet - once we have a time and a date.
Aurelia walks into the room.

I apologize for my absence these last few days, but I have been rather busy.

However, Jinx I must ask this of you. What was the name of the AW who requested to know why you were there? We had many new pilots at the time of this incident. I do not wish to rebuke our soldiers without evidence, and nor do we wish to be viewed by others because of incidents caused by new soldiers that were still ignorant to the ways we operate or how to treat different people based on their allegiances.
Pipsqueak walks in.... he looks confused...
"Council.....", he starts, " Our scientists have captured this wierd subspace transmission and I need the council's help to decipher it. The Origination point is some place called "The Temple" and it addresses the Nomads. Wierd I thought it was impossible to talk to them". He clicks the hand held device and a voice started booming in the chambers.....

Pipsqueak closes the device and looks around for answers.
Well,I never heard of talking to Nomads...Nor i know who wloud sent this kind of massage to Nomads. And whos siencists captured this?
Jupiter Guilds?
We refer to our employers as Ours. Cause for the time we are being paid, we guard em like we would our own. This mesasge was a part of the payment we received from a research vessel we were escorting. As for our client, it is a privilleged information. Hope you understand.
Ok I understand,The employers shloud have privacy.
This massage sounds like there is a some big boss commanding the Nomads.

*Defiler sat down*
(OOC: OK, we seem to all be in a room now, rather then on comms, so I'll go with that...)

Isaac takes his seat. "Alright boys and girls, it looks like we have enough representatives here to proceed."

"One thing before we turn our attention to more important matters... I've noticed a new group of Zoners in Sirius, ZG, or somesuch. Has anyone here spoken with them, invited them to our council? I haven't had the chance yet I'm afraid, though it's on my to-do list."

He shrugs and leans back in his chair. "Other than that, the question is what subject to tackle first: the AW's contract and voting rights, or whether or not to grant the Jupiter Guild full council status?"
In his shipboard office, Leroy Fenning sighed. Another council summons? Politics was easily the least favorite part of his job. The proposed agenda looked to be full of the most tiresome kind of it, too...

Well, there were a couple of items that were interesting. Increased alien activity was certainly worrisome, and well worth the Council's attention, not to mention Fenning's. It had a direct impact on his the colonization efforts that were so dearly important to him. He'd worked hard to help make the freeports what they were today, and he wasn't going to sit idly while that work was threatened. And there was also the Discovery Project to be concerned about...

Fenning tapped the comms. "Captain Morrison, " he said to the pilot, "How soon can we get back to Gran Canaria?"
