I hereby call the first official Zoner Council to order. Blah blah, etcetera etcetera.

Now then, unless anyone here has something more pressing to discuss first, Pipsqueak has already motioned that we discuss the situation with the Asgard Warriors. Does anyone wish to second that motion?
a matter but not of pressing nature. Since i decided to fly a rheinland bomber now ( replaced my arrow ) - it caused confusion to say the least among a member of the TAZ and an angel. ( the later one on a rather /ooc matter though )

details once thats officially discussed. - right now, i m seriously disappointed by the way things went there. judgment without background knowledge or a will to question backgrounds.
Brother Isaac, I second the motion of bringing Brother Pipsqueaks concerns to the floor, although I do not know what he seeks. Resolution? Sanction? Merely a voting status on the Council to counter AW's status? Or yet another long discussion on the recent behavior of the Asgard Warriors?

Let me reintroduce Brother Pipsqueaks "pre-Session" comments into the record:

Pipsqueak has asked for suggestions regarding his ID. Why not use our perfectly good Zoner ID for his business ventures? I believe everything that Jupiter Guild wants to do, except possiblly work for pirates or terrorists, is covered quite nicely by our current ID as it stands. As to the AW question, I will let Aurelia or another member speak to that. Oh, and Pipsqueak, please specify for what purpose we are actually convened here for, if you please.

Thank you for recognizing me chair person. And thank you for posting the descrption of the Zoner's ID info. Why dont we use it? let me clarify. We are not mere Zoners....we are Zoner Mercenaries. The subtle difference lies in the fact that we do not mind taking bounties against the law ful factions unlike general zoners do. Our stance is Neutral towards every one expect Zoners which are green to us. Our affiliations do change as we perform Jobs for different employers but all you have to do is see the [\JG/] tag infromnt of our name and know the following about our clan as our rules of engagement are as follows
1. Primary motivation (Money).
2. We open fire if attacked or shown hostility.
3. If we take a bounty on some one, it is only and only for that person, his helpers are only fired upon if they open fire on us. (See Rule #2)
4. If we are asked to join a war, we will only fight till our employer group is alive. (i.e. we protect our employer by attacking any one who fires upon them). After they are dead, we will disperse and not ask for money from employer. Employer may give us money if they are okay with what we did. If the Winning party opens fire after winning the war Rule #2 applies.
5. Escort means...transport survives to arrive at the destination. We engage pirates only till we are sure that our employer got away. We are not there to kill the pirate, but if it happens....we apologize and advise that he can hire us too. he opens fire, Rule #2 applies.
6. Helping in Piracy....*** WE DONT PIRATE !!!!***We will just protect the "pirate" who hired us for his protection and will stop attack if the pirate group is dead (like Rule 4). We will not open fire on the pirated until they open fire on the pirate or us (RULE #2).
These rules are posted on the jupiter guild page for criticizm and the rest of the forum is invited to post any ideas that may refine our role as a zoner merc. Any one who comes up with a better rule or defination for us, will definately be considered. As you can see, as long as we dont have a reason, we will not attack. We merely carry the merc ID to save the rest of zoner brothers from the stigma of killing lawful factions for money. All I am asking for is a similar set of rules from AW that they follow as zoner mercs, for engagement. Let's face it, the end result we all are striving for is a better game experience for every one, You want to stay vague then stay vague, don't try to classify yourself as one faction when you don't intend to follow that faction's restrictions.

Brother Isaac, before I point out to Brother Pipsqueak that "Zoner Mercenary" is a complete oxymoron, and a load of bollocks as well, I would be happy to hear from the other Council members.

This will also allow me to calm myself and not jump up on this lovely table in total frustration.

I feel the need to point out three distinct facts.

1.) Neither the Zoner, nor the Mercenary IDs allow you to engage lawfuls to my knowledge.

2.) The AW already follow a set of rules that our ID states.

3.) The AW have not been mercenaries for months.

Whether you are Zoner Mercenaries or not, you cannot engage lawful forces, or aid pirates in their illegal activities, unless said activities are against a different group of pirates. And how about the facts that your JG was, until very recently, an organization using Police IFFs and using the ID of Mercenaries?

I do have one question; What does OOC mean and is that a voice from a different dimension from our own? Eh, its Sirius.
