A small explosion resounds from behind her, she spins 'round, cursing,
"What da 'ell is 'appenin' back dere? Can't youse lot fix an impulse engine?"
A stream of expletives follows her as she storms off towards the source of the disturbance, until the link cuts out.

There being no negative votes on Brother Mal's motion, (and since our earnest Captain Archer has already posted the new revision...) I hereby declare the motion approved by acclamation.
I find the revision logical, yet you primate types aren't always the most logical of species.. I predict this will be a difficult clause to enforce without more diligence on the part of our own Community. I just hope you are up to the challenge.
The HAF have offerred reparations for any damages to Freeport 11, and I endorse a suggestion to send said reparations directly to Madame Tate in Omicron Delta, so that they can be used as needed from her perspective.
I beileve this matter is closed. Council will be in recess until the next furball.

as you can see from evidence, some strange things happened in theta. first is that hunters are using freeports as stock bases for their reserve ships.strange but when zoners can live with it, not my problem. my problem is, that when i was some 10k from freeport, 4 bounty hunters, that undocked from freeport minute before me, attacked me. my ship survived that attack, but as i know, part of the deal between corsairs and zoners was this:
NO group or faction will be allowed to use Freeport 5, Freeport 9, or Corfu Station for the staging of attacks on each other. Any documented evidence that our facilities are being used for this purpose will result in the permanent ban of the offending pilots, regardless of their affilliation.
and when you will ban these pilots,and when are my information correct, bounty hunter zagorka is in theta system still active.

I do not believe you have the right to tell us who and who can't dock on Freeport 5, Freeport 9, and Corfu. That is our decision, not yours, and it'd be best if you remember that well.
Furthermore, you yourself tell us this fight happened 10 kilometers from the Freeport. That is beyond the no-fire zone. Keep in mind, that limited no-fire zone was proposed by the Corsairs themselves. If you wanted a system-wide restriction, you shouldn't have argued with the one already in place there. Also, when Corsairs were told they couldn't use Freeport 9 for the same purposes you complain about Bounty Hunters using it for, you started yelling and screaming about it. You can't have the best of both sides here.
Those Bounty Hunters didn't break any laws currently in place, so we cannot take any action, nor can you. That includes you not having the authority to 'ban' people from
our Freeports Corsair. Bring us evidence of someone breaking one of our laws and then you'll have our attention, but there is nothing we can do about this.
Lastly, please remember that
all people wishing to contact the Council on these comms needs first to message a member of this Council and have them sponsor you. No non-Zoner should be on this channel without prior permission.

Well what I see is a possible violation, however before I say anything alse, i would like to hear the other invoved party as well as any witnesses to present their view on this incident.

If it means anything to the council, we are currently docked at FP9. We were on our way to FP11 and had to dock due to a meteorological storm but if Mal or anyone else on the council sees fit, we'll stick around a bit.
