Elias, I must know. Did these Mollys ever make a demand of you while you were present in Omega-49? If not, than they did not make any break of etiquette or territory, for they abided by our neutrality while in Omega-49.
On the situation of the attack inside Dublin, this is a matter to be handled either personally or make an official request that their leadership make a report as to why their ships were firing on Zoner transports carrying Deuterium from Gran Canaria.
This again brings me back to my point about a council-sanctioned list of Zoner transports. These transports would recieve more protection than the other, more questionable, Zoner IFFd transports. Also, if pirates or others were to attack them, they could possibly petition the coucil or a major member of it to contact the said pirates or group and mediate. Perhaps the AW could even provide protection if certain places become common pirating grounds or on request.

As there really is no Molly presence in 49, I doubt their tickets would be honored.

I apparently need to clarify a few things relating to my previous transmission.
The UOG did not accost me in O-49. But they seemed to labor under the delusion of owning the place.
And concerning UOG's assault on my ship in Dublin - I was completing a deuterium run to Honshu and was returning with a cargo of small arms when I was unceremiously dispatched. Perhaps UOG has a policy of atomizing traders carrying small arms, I am unsure. The arms were destined for buyers on Gran Canaria.
Currently any shipments of deuterium will be hauled by me to Nuremburg until I get around to directly contacting UOG on the matter.
In the unlikely event that I'll have to exercise gunboat diplomacy with UOG, I have certain resources at my disposal.

Thank you for recognizing me chair person. And thank you for posting the descrption of the Zoner's ID info. Why dont we use it? let me clarify. We are not mere Zoners....we are Zoner Mercenaries. The subtle difference lies in the fact that we do not mind taking bounties against the law ful factions unlike general zoners do. Our stance is Neutral towards every one expect Zoners which are green to us. Our affiliations do change as we perform Jobs for different employers but all you have to do is see the [\JG/] tag infromnt of our name and know the following about our clan as our rules of engagement are as follows
1. Primary motivation (Money).
2. We open fire if attacked or shown hostility.
3. If we take a bounty on some one, it is only and only for that person, his helpers are only fired upon if they open fire on us. (See Rule #2)
4. If we are asked to join a war, we will only fight till our employer group is alive. (i.e. we protect our employer by attacking any one who fires upon them). After they are dead, we will disperse and not ask for money from employer. Employer may give us money if they are okay with what we did. If the Winning party opens fire after winning the war Rule #2 applies.
5. Escort means...transport survives to arrive at the destination. We engage pirates only till we are sure that our employer got away. We are not there to kill the pirate, but if it happens....we apologize and advise that he can hire us too. he opens fire, Rule #2 applies.
6. Helping in Piracy....*** WE DONT PIRATE !!!!***We will just protect the "pirate" who hired us for his protection and will stop attack if the pirate group is dead (like Rule 4). We will not open fire on the pirated until they open fire on the pirate or us (RULE #2).
These rules are posted on the jupiter guild page for criticizm and the rest of the forum is invited to post any ideas that may refine our role as a zoner merc. Any one who comes up with a better rule or defination for us, will definately be considered. As you can see, as long as we dont have a reason, we will not attack any one. We merely carry the merc ID to save the rest of zoner brothers from the stigma of killing lawful factions for money. All I am asking for is a similar set of rules from XXX that they follow as zoner mercs, for engagement. Let's face it, the end result we all are striving for is a better game experience for every one, You want to stay vague then stay vague, don't try to classify yourself as one faction when you don't intend to follow that faction's restrictions.

As Mercs, we had purchased caps, but after the loss of Caps on a merc ID, we dropped all caps except one. (Komodo). It has a zoner ID and so do a few cruisers, but most people dont see these ships. They are inactive and do not participate in RP on day to day bases. Once these CAP IFF's match Zoners', you will see them in action as defense structures on FP9.
Looking back....As for what we have done has Zoner "affiliates"
1. Brought AW and TBH close enough so they formed a treaty, ableit a weak one. This in return brought some peace and prosperity to Theta.
2. Protected FP11 alongside with Corsairs. (At one time 50 percent of our ships were deployed there)
3. Regularly dropped food on Crete for humanitarian purposes...(At a loss, mind you as we take this trip to jettison food infront of crete for local ships to pick up and deliver)
4. We're the only mercs allowed in Liberty by not accepting any bounties on local authorities.
5. Have more transport ships than fighting ships.
6. No wars with any one what so ever.
7. Treaties with clans all over sirrius.
These are our Past 6 months as non Zoners....Compare that to the TAZ sheet and then tell me if we are working on similar goals or not.. Let me know if any thing confuses you in our RP. I will gladly explain.

I am sorry you are troubled by allegations of such ridiculous nature. The Zoners and the Mollys have maintained a respectful nuetrality for a long time. It is the wish of the Union to continue this tradition. Now, as in the past, all Zoner pilots are free to come and go in Molly controlled space, nor will they be harrased by our Pilots in any other area of Sirius. Hear my argument if you will.
First and foremost, ALL Union of Gold pilots are under STRICT orders to let Zoner pilots come and go as they please. No Zoner pilot has been harrased by any of my men. We keep records of every kill made by our pilots, and I have reviewed them all personally, no such evidence exist. If our accuser has proof more than spiteful words, I ask him to bring it forward. If he is able to do so, I promise that matters will be delt with most severely and without prejudice.
Secondly, with regards to the "delusion" of Omega 49 being under our control, this is ridiculous! While Omega 49 is within our Zone of Influence, being merely 1 jump away from our home system, the UOG recognizes that this is a Zoner controlled system, nor do we conduct ANY official busines there. The "incendent" our accuser refers to, my wing man and I where passing through 49 on our way to 47 on a Military mission. A ship with a trader ID was sighted and asked to stop for scan, the pilot refused and docked on Grand Caneria. That craft was never fired upon, and we continued on our business with out delay.
My third point, Any craft in the Dublin system is subject to scan. If you are asked to halt, you will comply with those orders. No questions asked. Time is money yes, so comply with the orders and we will send you on your way as quickly as possible.
We are at war here ladies and gentlemen, the Mollies are in a fight for our very lives against Bretonian tyranny. Every ship that passes though the Dublin system, must be scanned for war materiels that may be intended to help our enemies. If you do not comply with those orders, you are escalating force, your cruise engines will be disabled, and you will be scanned. In fact, the first two weeks the AW knew of your existance, you accepted three contracts by them to attack our forces. Fellow Zoners you attacked with no hesitation, just for you to get a small amount of money. As far as we could tell, this only stopped because your attacks proved fruitless.
And now I hear of a bounty being placed on one of your ships for showing an incredible lack of respect for thee Outcasts after you entered their home system. Tell me, how does this reflect upon us other Zoners? Again and again respect for our organizations drops because of these types of situations. The AW even had a war with the Corsairs, yet e treat them with respect when they enter Omicron Theta, and recieve it back from them. This is especially true of whenever the AW have need to travel through Gamma. We do not go in and insult them, badger them, and ignore them in their own system. Your Guild however, doesn't seem to think they have to treat anybody but themselves politely in this world.
I've seen more Corsair-like behavior from the JG than Zoner behavior. You wish for a spot on this council, yet even your transports do not carry the Zoner ID, only their IFF beacons, which are unofficial. Your only Zoner IDd ships are a few large combat vessels. The smaller ones are mercenaries, the traders use generic IDs, rather than our organization's.. So please tell me, what is it that you do for the Zoners that gives you the right to be in this council, or even call yourselves Zoners? Your degrading our affiliations with others, not healing them, and that kind of action is not one that would aid Zoners as a whole, which I believe is the purpose of this council."

4. You ask us about acting like zoners when we took a contract out with the Benitez to help them defend Crete. May I ask why did we end up fighting in Gamma if AW are Zoners ???? Are you sure you were not acting like OC at the time? Is there a single Zoner ID'd person you can name that we killed ?...any AW ?... now compare that to the first page of this forum..... see any familiar pictures?....

I started the peace process between AW and TBH. Trying to bring AW to a more neutral stance towards corsairs. (was that not zoner enough?)

*Rakghoul, you and your Mercs were indeed instrumental in bringing the Asgard Warriors and the TBH to the negotiating table. But, I will remind you that since that time, the AW has been rather more mellow in their dealings with the Corsairs, and with Sirian factions in general. They do have an ingress into Theta which places them in contact with the Outcasts. I personally cannot fault them for maintaining neutral, if not cordial relations relations with Outcast factions for that reason alone.
*I also understand that as Mercenaries, the Jupiter Guild must at times take contracts for both the Hodge and the Podge. However, once those contracts are completed, I would strongly urge your pilots to behave in the neutral fashion which prompted Malaclypse to champion your membership in this Council to begin with.
*Now, as to this matter with UOG. I appreciate the statement made by Consul Joeinicus. The issue now seems to revolve around what ID Brother Elonin was in possession of at the time of the incident in Dublin.
