Your response is encouraging, Dalilama. Presently, you are not the only Delegate or Faction that is unsure of the SCRA's official position regarding Zoners in Coalition space. I have received a communication from one "Captain Trax" asking me for clarification of this, as he sufferred a loss at the hands of a Coalition pilot recently as well. I would like to hear a response from Admiral Macintosh or his authorized delegate myself.

Mac, if you're monitoring, I invite you back to discuss this issue further for our edification. (And I'm almost out of vodka..).

Mal turned from the image of the JG delegate, and addressed that of Madam Tate.

Delegate Tate, your reasoning is sound regarding this communication from Delta. This apparent overture may or may not be from the Keepers. As it originated from Outcast space, it may very well reflect their influence as well. I would agree that this "emmisary" is not to be trusted. If further communications prove to be less cryptic, perhaps we can revisit Sindrom's farfetched statements again.

Gentlemen and Ladies, I shall present to you the Rules and Regulations of the Coalitions Customs Office. Noted in there are several rules regarding whom is and is not allowed in Coalition Space. As you will see, the Jupiter Guild is banned from Omega 52. The reasons for this are several, and include the fact that they are mercenaries, have shown tendancies to attack SCRA ships, and have generally lied about their intentions in all circumstances.

Now, you will also notice that any other Zoner Trading ships are allowed through, and our good friends in the TAZ have the priviledge to bring escorts up to gunboat size. Other members of the Zoner Council may apply for the right to bring escorts through, and larger vessels may be considered for passage by the Revolutionaries on Duty. For example, if the Slagheap were to require passage through Omega 52, provided they asked for permission in advance, they would likely be allowed.

For the purposes of the Coalition, JG Ships shall be treated with Hostility unless they prove a desire to be treated otherwise. I have had enough of the so-called "Neutral Mercenaries" traipsing around Sovereign Coalition Space, using it as a base for hostilites against us and others. For the moment, stay out, and we may consider a neutrality agreement at some later date. If you persisit in attempting to violate our space, you will be hunted down and killed like the dogs you are proving yourselves to be.

If anyone has any other questions regarding Omega 52, or the SCRA in general, feel free to direct them to the Customs Office or to the SCRA Message Dump.

Malaclypse, I have a small delgation, including Commander Weise, Admiral Kirk, and possibly Commodore O'Jovem who have requested to be allowed to attend the Harvest Festival. Of course, they will leave their weapons and other instruments of destruction with the Gran Canaria Garrison, and shall bring Vodka and Borscht in quantity.

Yours, McIntosh.

Concerning- Molly Aggression

While carrying a shipment of Light Arms intended for the Zoner Base Lanzarote i was harassed by a Molly Raider, even though the shipment managed to get through he chased me all the way into Omega-49.

I am getting concerned for the lack of security within Zoner Territory as of late, Molly aggression is on the rise and threatens the shipments ment for Zoner bases and even Gran Canaria should it continue.

The Molly in question goes by the name Mag.Folan[Molly], so i would like to request that Zoner traders keep an eye out for this aggressor and recommend caution.

Thank you for your attention, Naga Sadow signing off.
Mama Dis did an agitated pirouette in the air at the last rather garbled transmission. She squirted a command which activated a screen in the center of the council table. Displayed on the screen was a list of registered Zoners.

*Delegates, I see no individual named "Naga Sadow" on our Registry. Have any of you offered to sponsor anyone of that name?*

There was silence from the holograpic images around the table.

*Well, then, unless there's a motion, I see no reason to respond to this interloper; and I'm going to recommend that the Council's bandwidth be moved onto the secure FnordNet Comms Array.*

*Obviously, this fellow is not a Zoner, as he seems to think we should spring to action and begin stirring the dookey with the Mollys. Perhaps the concept of neutrality is too difficult for some primates to comprehend.

*And as to Mags Folan, TAZ records show that one of our ships was "taxed" by her recently while in Dublin. She was amiable enough once the tax was paid, but my sister Sophie was emphatic in describing Mags as a "feisty one". Treat her with respect, and you should be fine.

The display on the central holographic "screen" changed to display the last message from the Coalition.

*As to the SCRA matter, Admiral McIntosh's response is concise and clear-cut. Delegate Dalilama, this should answer the questions raised by both Delegate Malaclypse and yourself.

*Unless moved otherwise, this has become a matter best handled directly between the Jupiter Guild and the Coalition.

*However, I strongly recommend that all of you become familiar with the Coalition's R&R's, which Admiral McIntosh was kind enough to provide. Let's not be guilty of ignorance when it comes to proper protocol in Coalition space.

*Are there any objections to the Coalition's request to attend the Harvest Festival? If not, let's move on.*
No objection towards the coaltion visiting the festival, please we love vodka!

We will handle the diplomacy direct, Mcintosh has a secured comm message.

I have authorized the deployment of the battleship Caedo to Freeport 37, unless I am met with significant objection. It will be stationed there to insure the Freeport's neutrality zone is respected..
However, that will not fix all of the problems this situation with the T2B Bounty Hunters and the Outcasts makes for us. Firstly, without Council permission, I don't have the right to physically and potentially violently force the T2B ships away from Freeport 10 if they refuse to leave the area or system by either our ships or the Outcasts. Because of that, they might cause another incident that has Outcasts and T2B units fighting within range of the Freeport. That would require my ship to have to fire upon all ships breaking the neutrality zone agreement, which I think we can agree would be an unacceptable outcome.

So I have two motions to make. Firstly, that the Asgard Warriors be given permission to order T2B vessels away from Freeport 10 in the case of Outcast forces being nearby, so that if any hostilities erupt, it will not happen within range of the station. If the T2B ships refuse, we be given the right to force it phyiscally, or refer to Motion Two.

The second motion would be to have T2B ships permanently removed from Freeport 10. This could be under two different circumstances. Either starting immediately from this motions ratification, or as a punishment for non-compliance concerning the Freeport's neutrality zone. If the T2B refuse to leave the area when a battle is likely between them and another party, and instead try using the neutrality zone for their own advantage. There is already one incident where they have taken advantage of the Zoners and Freeport 10, I don't see why we should endanger the station further by aggravating the Outcasts with Bounty Hunters using Freeport 10 as a staging area for attacks on Malta. Falkland would gladly house any Bounty Hunters willing to help against the Outcasts, and there is also Java in the nearby Tau-23. We had past problems with these Bounty Hunters in Omicron Theta, which is why we forbade the Bounty Hunters to dock battleships in the system, or use the station as a battle-staging point. Now it seems to be happening again, both at Freeport 9 and Freeport 10. Our relations with the Corsairs and Outcast are tenuous at best. Should we not do what we can to minimize threats to that relationship?

"i am not aware who is currently guarding freeport-10. from what i know, we have no guardships deployed there as no tensions were reported in that area in the past. - however, i feel that its not the place for an AW guardship to be there, as the AW are not known for their pure neutrality between the powers of sirius. - they may act so in theta, but i m not certain if a melting pot like tau-37 is the right place for such a diplomatic approach.

rumor has is that the zoners of FP10 are concerned about the outcasts already. - the outcasts consider them to be "just useful enough" still to not to be ambushed - and the IMG cannot provide them with enough protection. the presence of the BHG is low in the tau systems, so neutrality is usefulness are the strengthes of the tau systems, not weaponpower.

that is only the point of view of someone that is far far away from tau-37. laws of stations and local politics are..... local. and i would not dare to apply omicron-delta politics to tau-37. everything, the political situation as well as the powers and their ambitions are too different. - omicron-delta and freeport-11 is one of the most valuable bases for the bounty hunters and we can always rely on the guild and their powerful warfleet if things go really bad. - in tau-37 there is no such backup.

but like i said, i think a diplomatic approach appears better than deploying military gear there. - the council may decide about such actions though and i d of course support any constructive solution.

Subject: The Jupiter Guild

Members of the Council, the Jupiter Guild has taken it too far. A short time ago, one of my pilots, Commander Eugen Weise, spotted one [\JG/]Drake in Omega 52. He retuned from his sentinel at the Omega 5 Gate, only to find the bloody fool undocking from MY station! There was a bloody mercenary, waltzing around on MY station like he owned the bloody place!

When queried, the merc responded with "This is Zoner Space", and then fled from Commander Weise's cruise disruptors. I demand that this fool be delivered to the hands of the Coalition within 48 hours, or the stars will run red with the blood of the Jupiter Guild! The Guild's command has been advised of this approximatly 10 minutes ago, I am also informing you so that you understand the reasons for this ultimatum. The Coalition will not stand for a band of grubby mercenaries, who hold their "Zonerness" in front of them like a shield for their actions, to trespass on our stations, and steal our secrets!

If this pilot is returned for Coalition Justice within the given time limits, the SCRA will no longer attack the JG on sight unless they are within Omega 52, or are working for any enemy of the Coalition. Until then, better start digging your own graves, because we shall leave you where you fall, and let the crows desecrate you until the only thing that remains of your stupidity is broken and bleached bones...

Grand Admiral McIntosh,

As you have demanded, the pilot in question is now on a neutral transport being transfered to Cape Verde station. Apprently the "ex member" has breached several Jupiterguild rules and disobbeyed a few standing orders under wich the restricted acces of omega 52 where also stated.

I do want to mark that we are mercenaries but we are also zoners. We have strict rules and restrictions under wich we currently work. You wont see us assisting any house military any time soon nor will you ever see us assist the Bounty hunters in their operations.

We have a series of long term contracts non of wich are outside our allowed spectrum of operations.

Dali, OUT
