No, Cid, you didn't "do it this time"; although there are apparently still some LSF/SA pilots who still think that the TAZ is "harboring a fugitive".. This, after you having voluntarily presented yourself for deposition in New York. I will be speaking to the High Commands of both SA and LSF regarding this misconception. Oh, and Cid.. do NOT post here again. Post your comments in the TAZ dump, mate. You're not a delegate.

However, esteemed Members, it has been some time since we extended an invitation to the Liberty Forces, and no delegate has been forthcoming to discuss the incidents with Brother Vendhyan and Sister Senya. We may be interested in talking with them, but apparently they are "too good" to speak with us...

Testimony on the incidents has been presented by both the Zoner parties involved. SA nor LSF has rebutted that testimony, nor presented any documentation on the matters. I did receive some data from Liberty privately.. some "black box" recordings of conversations in the Zone 21 area; but I have since learned that the source of this data was not an "official" of either the SA or the LSF, although his ship's designator might have led one to believe he was. Therefore, I will not burden the Council with that data, as it neither proves nor disproves anything, other than that were vessels of "questionable" authority involved in at least one of the incidents.

As there seems to be no Liberty Delegate, nor any further documentation, forthcoming, I will entertain final comments and motions on the matter. As acting Chairman, I will not make a motion. There were extenuating circumstances both on Liberty and on the Zoners' sides in this matter. I would however strongly caution Members Vendhyan and DeVille to familiarize themselves with Liberty regulations, and to be courteous in their dealings with Liberty. I would also exhort Liberty Officials to stop hiding their rules and regulations in the back of a file somewhere, and to make them a prominent part of Sirius Public Record.
Tarlkor glanced at his communicator, then stood up.

"Ah... tha' battleship... no idea. Ya know, I'd suggest ya jus' ask them people who're in charge of it... tha' Hellfire Legion, ya know? An' Liberty shootin' at Zoners? Now tha' IS bad... Jus' a a transmission 'bout tha', actually. Think tha's what it's about, anyways... my brother's askin' permission ta send ya'll a transmission. about some rogue Zoner shootin' at somethin' for no reason an' all. What do ya think?"

"Oh, an' by tha' way... we'd better send someone ta tell tha' Fenning person ta get 'is transmitter fixed. Made it look like 'e kept vanishin' in it, like a failin' hologram or somethin'. Crazy transmitters... never work when ya need 'em to."

I would agree, Tarlkor, that Brother Leroy's last transmission was suspicious. Perhaps Brother Tannik can update us on his investigation into his friend's status.

As to asking the HF.. if you feel it will cast any light on any of this confusing mishmash, we'd be happy to take testimony.

But, to be honest, it appears that this has been yet another "tempest in a teapot". No one from Liberty has offerred to substantiate these accusastions.

What now troubles me is the rumor that there have been Zoners participating in offensive actions in Liberty, in possible conjunction with who, I don't know.. Do we need to hold bloody seminars on Zoner philosophy for some of these folk?

I have personally commissioned a TAZ member to investigate some of these "Zoners" during his travels about Sirius. Should I receive any information from him regarding suspicious Zoner activities, I will not hesitate to make that information known to this Council.

If there are no more motions forthcoming regarding the cases of Members Vendyhan or DeVille, then I suggest that we are beating our heads against a wall here. Is there any reason why this Council should not adjourn until a "real" issue presents itself?
Tarlkor nodded. "Alrigh' then... I make a motion to invite both Hellfire Legion an' Liberty N- oh. Nah, sorry, they'd tear each other apart... I'm makin' a motion to invite a Hellfire Legion delegate ta explain 'bout tha' Battleship, an' then ta explain 'bout tha' Zoner attack they're yellin' at me about. After tha', I'd also say, as parta this motion, tha' we go an' get some Navy person with authority an' all in 'ere ta talk about this Zoner an' Navy issue."

Tarlkor sat back down, then began fiddling with his communicator.

(Mal could be seen at his command station, viewing his own private communicator.)

Brother Mori, it's not necessary to vote on this HF member's "appearance". As a Council Member, you may sponsor an "outsider" without the consent or vote of the membership; as long as you've informed us of the participation.

(Mal glanced again at his comms unit..)

Now, as to a delegation from Liberty, I have been pursuing that possibility, and I'm happy to announce that I will be sponsoring a delegate shortly. That delegate has however deferred out of courtesy until we have heard the comments of the Hellfire Legion representative. Please inform the HF that we await comments.
Tarlkor looked up at the screen. "Righ'. Yeah, I'll tell 'im now... jus' a sec."

Tarlkor stands up and walks out of the room.
***Incoming Message***

Origin: Zoner Relay Station, Omicron Delta
Sender: Aurelia Silvan
Destination: Zoner Council

I have been asked to make an appearance here. Unfortunately I'm tied up in my own matters inside Liberty and unable to make it in person. This message will have to suffice for now. I have been sent a copy of the discussion that has been taking place.

I cannot comment on the situation with Zone-21, but I can on the other two bits. The accusations of the Liberty Navy about Zoners helping their enemies, and the situation with the HellFire Legion Battleship and the Corsairs, and the confrontation they had in Theta. Assuming that is the incident we are talking about? I also have a small amount to say about 'Sister' Senya, which may go to prior acts to establish some of the Liberty Navy's claims about her actions.

First, and easiest. The Liberty Navy has accused a Zoner transport, the name of which eludes me, of giving aid to the Phantoms who were attacking Liberty. This is not how it happened. The said transport was told to drop his cargo and equipment, or some-such. It did, and the Navy decided to take this as a Zoner giving aid to the enemy. Apparently it had to do with the Phantom having used repair bots dropped by the ship to resupply itself during a fight with the Liberty Navy.

Second, and slightly longer case. The HellFire Legion flagship, Goldenflame was in Theta, on its route to Omicron Alpha. It was on its way for a money transfer with the Outcasts. The Brotherhood showed up and attacked the battleship. This was the first case of the Corsairs attacking the HellFire Legion. The force was lead by Bandares, a bomber pilot from The Brotherhood, so there was no question as to who was in command. Bandares brought many other ships along with him, including an Osiris known as Mr.Freeman, who was set to KoS to the Asgard Warriors for this, and other transgressions.

The second case of them attacking the Goldenflame was when a Corsair Gunboat belonging to The Brotherhood, as well as multiple Corsair Titans belonging to various families attacked the Goldenflame after a sanctioned trip into Gamma to return Corsair pilots to The Brotherhood. Instead, they fired on the Goldenflame, who fled to Theta. They also entered the system and continued to chase, and shoot the Goldenflame when they managed to disrupt it approximately 17 kilometers from Freeport 9.

It was after entering Theta that the Goldenflame sent a long-distance transmission to the AW Headquarters. The transmission was routed to the Ableben, under command by our Supreme Admiral Val'ren at the time, and he took the ship to the Goldenflame's location. The report indicate they found three Corsair vessels attacking the Goldenflame, who's recharged shield was once again down to half capacity. After the Ableben arrived, one of the Corsairs fled back towards Gamma, out of range for a scan. The remaining two, fighters or bombers of The Brotherhood, continued fighting the Goldenflame for a little longer, but left and also went back to Gamma after the Ableben ordered them out of the system.

The Ableben then escorted the Goldenflame to Freeport 9 where he docked for repairs. Later the Zoner Destroyer Senya showed. A destroyer with very questionable loyalties. This brings us to the third case that will be discussed in this message. It takes place directly after case two ended. In the process of the Goldenflame was docking, Senya arrived at Freeport 9. Prior to this Val'ren sent inquiries to this Destroyer that were ignored. These questions were about Senya telling the Goldenflame that he would be KoS in Theta, and his docking rights everywhere on Zoner stations has been revoked. As far as I know, this council does not even have the rights to do such. And no one but the Asgard Warriors have the right to dictate docking rights in Theta, and that is during a war. And only we have absolute power over Omicron-74, and I believe the same is true of Baffin in regards to the TAZ.

Senya continued his silence after arriving at Freeport 9. This is where the question of loyalty comes into play. Senya communicated to The Brotherhood telling them that the Ableben had captured Corsair pilots. True, we had four Corsair pilots in residence on the Ableben, tractored in after a bounty hunter came in and destroyed their ships. It was pretty obvious his plan when he had roughly 6 Corsairs come in the system to 'demand' them from us. It was obvious that they had no chance defeating two highly armored battleships with a small group of Titans and a Ravens Talon. This was evident in the way Lucendez dealt with our requirements.

We agreed to deliver the Corsair pilots, but the Corsairs had to leave the system immediately afterwards, and we told them the Ableben would force them to if they did not follow these orders. Lucendez closed distance to the Ableben and the delivery was made directly to his fighter. Afterwards, Lucendez ordered the Corsairs out. Voronov seemed very reluctant to leave however, but two separate flagships seems to have done the trick.

The reason Senya is to blame is the small fact that the Corsairs brought in 6 ships, and attempted to 'order' me to release the Corsairs, before being in range to scan our ship. And after they get them, they return straight to Gamma without completing any other objectives.

After the fight was avoided, the Goldenflame left the system. After a threat to remove Senya from the system, permanently, she turned real talkative. Even claimed to be a member of the HellFire Legion. As you all know the Asgard Warrior's history with them, you can understand me challenging him on it. Sure enough, Senya could give me no name of a HellFire Legion officer, least of all the one she was pretending to be.

We would be happy to provide transmission logs and photos taken of the situation to all who request it. Senya's own words can speak much better to her actions than my can. In conclusion, I'd say there is likely some basis to the Liberty Navy's complaints about her.

I will try to return as quickly as possible.

-Aurelia Silvan, Asgard Warriors Delegate
Tarlkor had walked back into the room about halfway through the transmission for the Asgard Warriors. A few seconds after the transmission had ended, he spoke.

"Alrigh', they're sendin' a delegate... seems tha' their leader, Supreme Admiral or wha'ever they call 'em, is a bit busy an' all righ' now. But tha' delegate should be 'ere soon... seems they sent someone 'ho's already close, think they said somethin' about Omicron Eta or somethin'."

There was a several minute silence, and then a clanking sound outside in the hallway. The door opened, and an average sized, but somewhat good-looking Libertonian man walked in. Two guards could be seen outside, leaning against the walls of the hallway, both in identical black uniforms with heavy vests and carrying long, dangerous-looking guns of some sort. The man who had walked in was dress in a black uniform similar to those that the guards wore, except that his had several pins and a rank insignia showing him as a Captain, as well as no vest. The Captain also had some sort of fancy, expensive-looking cloak.

The man swept into the room. "Allow me to introduce myself." He said, in a deep, clearly Californian voice. "I am Captain Ward. I am acting as a Hellfire Legion representative." The Captain motioned to an empty chair. "Mind if I sit? I hate talking to people from above their heads."
From Mal's monitor on Shasta Outpost, it was difficult to tell if the room that Tarlkor Mori's transmission originated from was ship-board or not. Wherever it was located, security was obviously tight.

"Welcome to the Council's dedicated channel, Captain Ward. I believe if you'll check your monitors, you'll see that the other delegates are awaiting your statement.

"Sister Aurelia has just given us a very detailed description of the events in the Omicrons as she saw them." continued Malaclypse. "We would be happy to hear your version as well, if it will add more clarity to the overall picture. It would appear from the testimony so far that the Hellfire Legion's actions were grossly misinterpreted at the time of the incident.

"Please, feel free to address us when you are ready. After which, I will enable the representative of Liberty's access to the Council's channel for further comments."
